Lovely room, large patio with ocean views. Staff nice / helpful. Hotel spotless, super decor. Had breakfast just once in 6 days - to expensive. Lots of lovely cafes around the market serving up great breakfasts at half the price. Great restaurants nearby - Chez Pierre and Arcachon 1900

An outstanding hotel in the centre of Arcachon and a few metres from the beach with sea views. I had a single room with a terrace and sea view and it was very large. The shower had a rain man shower head and water jets. They provide you with a glass water bottle which you can fill up at the filtered water machine in the corridor. I had an expresso machine and a kettle and fridge in the room. The reception staff were so very kind, friendly and helpful. They offered us towels, chairs and parasols to use at the beach on loan for free for the day and went out of their way to tell us what fun things we could go and see and do in the town and on the water. Thank you! I would definitely recommend the hotel and the sea view room.

Fabulous views, great location, friendly staff, rooms clean, one biscuit with tea and coffee, no English television stations which was very disappointing, full of German and Spanish channels but not one English Channel except Bloomberg financial

A 2night stay prior to driving back to Bordeaux Airport. A impressive setting of Arcachon Bassin lies in front of this Hotel and lined with magnificent Fish Restaurants along the Beach Front. The town is very interesting and a boat trip takes you to the Oyster basin of Europe. The hotel is a 70s concrete construct, a bit ugly but met our needs, however the pleasant staff at reception were able to assist day and night. Car Parking, while the town was closed down for summer to allow the streets to be pedestrianised was a bonus. The rooms are just above average, bed reasonable and the bathrooms have been upgraded. A nice balcony to sit on was a bonus with a corner view of the beach.

A clean and comfortable 3 star hotel as close as can be to the beach. Very helpful staff (& they indulged my schoolgirl French!) Excellent breakfast brought to our room, comfy bed, good shower. There was a big step from the bedroom out to the terrace but that didn’t bother us. Good car park underneath the hotel for extra charge, saved all the hassle of trying to park nearby.

very good hotel, only breakfast needs to improve garage & parking ok personnel very friendly very close to seaside and very close to city center = excellent bathtub too deep better to replace it with a walk in shower
