Manili is absolutely beautiful. We booked a room in the pool area & it was stunning. The bed was very comfortable & the aircon worked well. The pool is gorgeous with a lovely area to spend the afternoon. The fantastic staff will visit the pool area to take cocktail orders & deliver nice snacks. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We loved them. Breakfast included was of very high quality. The food in the bistro is incredibly high standard and delicious. We can’t wait for our return visit & to bring some friends along for the Manili experience 😊 Kerrie &Phil, Sydney ❤️

Our recent stay at Manili Boutique Suites & Villas was a true delight! The location is simply stunning, nestled in a peaceful setting that offers tranquility like no other. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, yet within minutes, you’ll find yourself amidst a variety of wonderful local restaurants boasting delectable cuisine. The service and friendliness of the staff were top-notch. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality truly made the stay memorable. The attention to cleanliness throughout the property was commendable, and the breakfast spread was not only delicious but also offered a great start to the day. While the pool was a beautiful feature, it leaned towards the cooler side for our liking. However, this is a subjective preference and by no means a reflection on the overall experience. Additionally, the rooms, while charming, did have a bit of sound transfer. Nonetheless, this minor factor did not significantly impact our stay. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend Manili Boutique Suites & Villas. With its idyllic location, proximity to fantastic local eateries, excellent service, cleanliness, and delightful breakfast, it’s a wonderful choice for a serene getaway. While the pool temperature and room acoustics may vary for each guest, the overall experience is one that leaves a positive impression.

The Manili Boutique Suites and Villas was the perfect stay for my wife and I while spending three days in Crete. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and every part of this stay was wonderful. The room was great with a nice pool and jacuzzi and the Manili also has a bistro on site that serves great food and amazing cocktails! Lovely experience and highly recommended. -Joe

A little bit out of the main town of Heraklion, this property is very nice. If you're driving here, strongly suggest getting directions to the car park not the google maps address or else you'll be driving the very narrow streets. We really enjoyed our stay!

About 20 minutes south from Heraklion Airport in the middle of the small mountain village Archanes one can find a small treasure of apartments! Very tasteful furniture, good breakfast and close to downtown with small traditional restaurants we found the Manili Boutique Suites and Villas! Unfortunately we just spent one night there but it is definitely a good place to stay also for more nights!

We come with a family of 6 people and ordered the Vila. When we arrive no one came to help us with our suitcases. We found that two of the rooms were in the basement. They both don't have air-conditioning, one have a small window and the other didn't have at all. In the hotel site they don't mentioned a basement they wrote lower level. As now one wants to sleep in the room's in the basement we ask to cancel the reservation but they didn't agree and also told us that we can't get another room's since they are fully booked. My wife and my daughter go to Heraklion and stay there in another hotel for those 3 nights. In the next day they moved us (4 people) to 2 room's. The rooms were nice but small and without much privacy. The pool is very small. The breakfast is simple. Not a 5 star's hotel breakfast. No one came to ask you if you want to drink coffee and you have to go and ask by yourself. Sorry but we will not come back.

Stayed in one of the villas. Had four bedrooms but two were subterranean with virtually no natural light. Villa newly built to high standard. Garden shared with two other villas. Large barbecue plus a pool the size of a jacuzzi - not appealing. Breakfast in the bistro - limited offer typical of a 2 star hotel. Hotel rooms may be better but we would not have been happy to come with the family. Nice town with good access to Knossos and Heraklion. Best restaurants on road north from the centre.

The pool is much smaller than it seems on the internet site: you can hardly swim 2-3 m without reaching the opposite side. And it is just in the middle of the courtyard, with people walking 30cm away from your towel to go across the courtyard and go out of the hotel. Idem for the suite room: very small. No sofa contrary to what you see on the site; very small space to put your stuff so you have to keep it in your suitcases and when you open them, you can hardly walk through the room... Restaurant: the breakfast buffet is disappointing too, little choice, clearly not a 5-star breakfast buffet. We went to the restaurant for dinner: there was very few people but we had to wait 50mn before getting our meal! So in a nutshell it is clearly not at the level of a 5-star standard and the hotel internet site doesn't reflect the reality. Everything is much smaller than expected. Just acceptable for 1-2 nights, no more.

What a fantastic place to stay! We rented a Villa, 2 stories, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Beautiful well equipped Villa with several balconies. Great amenities and walking the village was just so wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone staying in the area to stay at the Manili.
