Fantastic location, stunning views of Las Setas, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. We stayed in the Ocean Drive in the opening week and there were one or two teething problems, but these were dealt with immediately and with courtesy and efficiency. The staff in this hotel are amazing, so friendly and polite and eager to help with any queries, I really look forward to staying there again very soon

Hotel rooms were nice and clean, staff very friendly. Only downside was the renovations are still going on meaning the hotel is not fully open yet. Location is great walking distance within all main attractions however, at a weekend there are bars across the way which cause a lot of loud noise when trying to sleep at night. We booked the package including complimentary water everyday, bathrobes, slippers, wash bag kit and wireless speaker which we did not receive and had to ask for our water everyday.

Quel hôtel idéal pour aller à la découverte de Séville car cet hôtel est proche de tout et surtout de l’Alcazar et de la Cathédrale mais aussi de tous les quartiers historiques. Nous avons été accueilli par Sergio et son équipe qui ont été tous d’une gentillesse et d’une amabilité qui fait plaisir. Sur les conseils de Sergio nous avons garé notre voiture au parking de la Plaza de armas à environ 10 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. En mai 28€ pour presque 24h. Les chambres sont agréables et surtout la douche qui est top. La literie est bonne bien que le lit soit un peu petit comme les chambres mais nous sommes en centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est très agréable et ils proposent des plats à la carte comme les tortillas ou autres . Vous pouvez aussi commander au bar des boissons comme le capucine. Venez voir cette équipe au top vous serez ravis.
