Mijn ervaring bij Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Het Veerse Meer was absoluut fantastisch. De idyllische ligging aan het water zorgde voor een adembenemend uitzicht en een rustige sfeer. De kamers waren modern, goed uitgerust en uiterst comfortabel. Het personeel overtrof de verwachtingen met hun vriendelijkheid en uitstekende service. De culinaire ervaring in het restaurant was een hoogtepunt, met heerlijke gerechten die perfect pasten bij de sfeer van het hotel.

Hotel in a fabulous setting. Beautiful views from the rooms. Plenty of space for parking. That's the good bit. Have now visited twice. Each time, the restaurant service is poor. Staff seem untrained in hospitality. They prefer to speak English. Some don't understand Dutch. Table service patchy. They seem not to understand that they need to check if anything is needed. Food poor. Waited over 30 mins for order. When it came it was missing an element. Called someone over. I explained. She disappeared without a word. Had to ask someone else. Tables are left uncleared. Chairs in restaurant have food debris. You need to train your staff It feels like a cheap hotel depending on student labour. I paid 223 euros for a room.

Fantastic terrace and unique view. However the service at the terrace was really poor. It took about an hour to serve a hamburger and club sandwich after reminding the staff twice if my order was not forgotten. The staff really lacks a leader/a manager who is making sure the staff knows what to do and how to do...
