設施老舊，早餐也簡陋

The Plaza Inn & Suites has been our go-to place to book accommodation for years when we visit Ashland. Nearby, there's a beautiful creek running through Lythia park where we love to take walks, plus terrific dining choices and great shops lining Siskiyou Blvd. And now, we're even more grateful for the service and attention we've been afforded there. I had left my phone charger in our room, and only noticed it was missing on the drive back home. I called and the the young man I talked to immediately took time to make sure it had been located and offered to send it out right away. It arrived very promptly, so he did just that. This is a nice place and close to the theaters and restaurants. You only have to walk about a block to be in the middle of everything. Its very comfortable and pretty.

Added cleaning fee for pet. That’s fine but wish it was disclosed when booking. Pet friendly building has super strong perfume smell that permeates everything. No elevator in the pet friendly building. Key was demagnetized and I was locked out. Staff literally went through 20+ keys to get one that would work when reprogramming. Staff was super friendly, but don’t think we’ll stay again.

Always a pleasant experience when staying here. Great location for the theater, shopping, lithia park, very walkable and a quiet location.

We've stayed here once a year over the last five years on mid-way stops between Seattle and San Francisco. The hotel is nicely situated along the creek in a quiet neighborhood very close to the center of town. It has two levels of secure sub-surface parking with four level-2 EV charging stations in the lower level parking garage. Rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable.

My one complaint is that they say they have cribs available. However, they only have one pack and play for the entire hotel and one of the arms doesn't lock in place.

We needed some space and we needed quiet to do a traveling Zoom singalong. My husband on guitar, me on ukulele. Plaza Inn was comfy and quiet plus it was a really good breakfast. How often can you say that? We loved being able to walk in downtown Ashland so easily. All in all, since the Columbia Hotel is closed, this will be my Ashland spot.

Check in was bad. Sign on front desk said they were making deliveries and would be back soon. After waiting 15 minutes someone that was in the back office the whole time came out when I rang the bell. No parking was available. Had to park on the street.
