キッチンと専用バスルームですべて正しいことをお勧めします

ホテルは旅行の前日に確認済みの予約をキャンセルしました。何の助けも説明も理由もありません、ただ単に彼らがキャンセルしただけです。サービスも品格もビジネスセンスもないひどい会社なら、ひどい滞在は避けてください。

必要なものはほぼすべて揃っていました。私たちがしたのはパリを眺めるだけだったので、夜に休むためのアパートメントでした。 近隣環境は問題ありませんでした。建物から 7 分のところに大きなカーフール スーパーマーケットがあり、近くにはいくつかの遊び場がありました。 RER 電車を利用してパリに簡単にアクセスできます。 ただし、いずれかの部屋でベッドサイドのランプが機能する場合はさらに良いかもしれません。 また、部屋は少し暗かったですが、それは外に緑があったからだけです。 本当に悪い点は、POSが少なくとも3日間機能していなかったので、カードで支払うことができず、最終的に現金で支払うために多額のお金を引き出す必要があったため、非常に不便でした。 1.5千の現金を持って歩き回るのは良い気分ではありません。 悪いことが起こるのは理解できますが、問題なかった場所なので解決されることを願っています。

バスルームが壊れているため、シャワーの問題。床下は埃だらけ。 おそらくカードで支払うことは不可能だと思われますが、TPE が奇妙に動作しなかったため、3 日間支払いを要求しなければなりませんでした。私は自分でなんとか動作させ、ユーザーにそれがどのように機能するかを示さなければなりませんでした。午後10時から午前8時まではお湯が出ません。シャワーを浴びることは不可能で、この状況でシャワーを使用するのは非常に不快です。私たちは問題だけを抱え続けましたが、最終的に彼らは請求書を提供するつもりがないか、請求書を提供することができませんでした。

ライトのうち 2 つは機能せず、誰も修理したり、修理しようとしたりしませんでした。トイレにも廊下にも明かりがありませんでした。

We chose Resihome for the great location and easy access to the metro for our sightseeing days of our trip! The hotel was very accommodating when we arrived a bit early for check in and allowed us to store our luggage while we went down the street to the market and for coffee until the room was ready.

Elevator was not working for 5 days of out of six day stay. Neither was my safe which I asked staff to fix and it wasn't looked at. Asked for my room to be cleaned and at first staff told that that they wouldn't but did after the 4th day. Area was OK. Amenities in the area decent. Subway and bus lines a 5 minute walk away. Room size was decent and comfortable for 1 person 2 would be tight. Bed softness was good. Good value for money. Would stay again with the brand but try another location.

There is no cleaning if your stay is not for a week. No towel changes. Utensils are gracy. The front desk guy is really helpful all though.

I am still waiting for my deposit to be repaid 3 days after leaving. I was told would be given back within hours. Now I cannot get any reply from them.

Cheap and cheerful. The bonus is the area is great. Staff are helpful. Small rooms but everything you need inside.

The description said parking included but I ended up being forced to pay for it. This needs to be stated clearly with the rate disclosed in the description.

Hôtel très propre et très agréable . La chambre spacieuse , propreté rien à dire nous avons très bien dormi . Le petit déjeuné très bien présenté et du choix. Vraiment pas déçu .
