ライムライト ホテル アスペン(Limelight Hotel Aspen)

The AC unit did not work in our 4th floor room with balcony. Engineer came to our room x 2 and was unable to fix problem by 9p when his shift ended. Told us we would be contacted by his manager. Front desk did not contact us after his 2nd attempt. We had to go downstairs to front desk after 9p to request room change as it was still 75 degrees in our room. The only room available was a downgrade, first floor without balcony next to elevators and extremely noisy with people passing by late night. We were happy the AC worked however the hotel stated they couldn’t do much more since booked through third party. We paid for larger, nicer room. Gave us a bottle of wine but still charged us for garage self parking. Disappointed with entire experience for my bday weekend.

This hotel was amazing! Evidently they just renovated and they certainly did an exceptional job with the renovation! The staff is helpful and friendly, the hotel is in a great location, the pool area and roof top terrace are really nice, along with the lounge area. Breakfast is amazing and included with your stay. We had a room with a terrace, overlooking the area and we put on our complimentary robes and chilled on our terrace. Our room was extremely nice, comfortable. We did not get to take advantage of the complimentary bikes or audi test drive. Thank you, Limelight! Well done!

Ideal location, walking distance to the shops/restaurants. Room is clean and spacious. Ben and Hannah were great!

Great location in downtown Aspen. This is our fourth season staying at the Limelight and the second, post-Covid. The rooms were refurbished during lockdown and the transformation has been incredible. The storage in each room is perfect for snowsports, making for a very comfortable stay. It has become our “go to” hotel for Aspen.

We loved the room, the hot tub, the friendly staff and just the overall experience. The transfers to other mountains were made EASY and the staff even loaded the skis.. WOW The Breakfast selection was great too and included, but that is baked into the price of the room Would stay there again and the place is pet friendly too...

Limelight is my favorite hotel in Aspen. The stayed with them on multiple occasions. Love it’s convenience and overall a**osphere. Only dissatisfaction was the noise outside my guest room door early in the morning. Housekeepers are very friendly, but a bit too loud when working the floor. Unable to fall back asleep every morning after hearing them.

The breakfast was wonderful and it was complementary with the room. Beautiful view of Aspen as well and convenient to downtown.

Great place. Everyone was awesome and so was the food and drinks. Room was excellent.

Stayed here for a few days with friends and loved every aspect of our stay. Parking was easy. The lobby was cozy and with the restaurant open late, it was easy to have dinner when everything else nearby seemed to be closed. Breakfast was wonderful. I loved having vegetables each day with breakfast, as that isn't very common in the US. The staff was very accommodating. We were glad the weather was warm enough that we could enjoy the pool area and use the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again!
