ホテルは良いです。ここで終わります。真剣であれば、コメントはありません、一般的にはありません。良い部屋、非常にスタッフ、おいしい朝食。外観、トルコのホテルのように理解するのが難しいものがありますが、これは主観的です。お勧めします。

セントラルアジアで最初のセントレジスホテル。全体的にとても良いです!素晴らしいルームサービス、部屋の装飾はとても高級で、電気タオル掛けなどの部屋の設備はとても便利です。ベッドは本当に快適で、振り返るような感覚はありません。

We stayed here for few days, and everything was perfect. We were provided with delicious breakfast, clean and fresh smelling room and a lot of other services. The staff was very welcoming and professional too, especially the reception girls Nuray and Ainur, they helped me a lot.

The Rixos is a stunning hotel and the service is outstanding. The hotel entrance and atrium are very impressive and so was our room. There is a quite formal restaurant, but I didn't see many people in there. You can order food and drink at the tables in the atrium and there is a nice atmosphere here. The menu is interesting and extensive and service was great. It was freezing cold in Feb (minus 28) and I was really pleased to be able to get such good food in the hotel. There is also an Irish music pub in the hotel which is open 24 hours and full of smokers, which felt a bit out of place, but seems to be a thing in Kazakhstan.

Totally enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Considering the price, its location is perfect, just some walks away from the key landmarks in Astana, like the tent mall. Very safe location as well, even as I was walking after sun down. The bed & room was comfortable enough. I’d like kudos to the male receptionist when I checked in on the 21st, very friendly & even provided me with shopping tips on where to get the stuff I wanted & needed in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when I come back in town

previously it was Mariot, now only a few signs with the name Mariot remain of it! We traveled as a family, two adults and a baby. If you want to ruin your weekend go to this hotel! what we didn’t like 1. This hotel is not 5 stars, but 3+ 2. There were no bathrobes in the room, there were slippers for 1 person, bathroom accessories were also for 1 person, there was 1 bottle of water for the whole room, they brought it all in minutes 40 days after my call. 3. Do not use an iron if you do not want to ruin your clothes, unfortunately no one told me about this before, although now reading the comments, I respected these reviews. 4. On the third day of rest, we didn’t have cold water all morning, I called the reception and they offered me to go to the spa area and take a shower there, but I didn’t do it, by 12:00 pm we had water. 5. in the shower you can only take a shower from the top shower head, it cannot be switched over, it is broken . 6. The fridge is empty, there are no drinks to buy. 7. in a suite with a kitchen, there are no forks, knives, spoons What we liked 1. Location 2.
