ワン オーシャン リゾート アンド スパ(One Ocean Resort and Spa)

The location was excellent, although weather was too chilly and rainy to enjoy the beach. I did take advantage of heated pool one evening - it was wonderful! We thought $35/day parking fee was rather excessive, also, when we got our receipt when checking out, an extra day was added to parking. We told person at desk and fee was refunded. Also, coffee machine in lobby was excellent!!

We've been coming to One Ocean for over 20 years. Love the location and the staff, especially the Valet gentlemen. The hotel could use a refresh after all these years, but is still beautiful and a wonderful hotel. The amenities included in the resort fee need to be rethought. As an older guest not interested in sitting out by the pool or by the beach, cabana chairs aren't of interest to me. Nor are the bikes. I loved it when the room was stocked with free snacks, treats and drinks.

This was such a wonderful stay not only due to the beautiful hotel and location but also the friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely make another reservation in the future.

We have stayed there many times over the years. Now it's time for a major refresh. Nothing has changed over the years, and it shows. The rooms used to be stocked with various snacks (included in the resort fee). Now nothing. When I asked, the person at the counter, he said that now the resort fee allows you to make your own coffee. $35 for parking and $30. for a resort fee is out of hand. Also, the lobby bar is no longer in use. It is just a big empty space. As the only real hotel in the area, it makes no sense. I hope a general redo happens in the near future.

I was very disappointed to find I was charged $35 after my stay for parking. ******* listed nothing about a required valet parking fee-only the resort fee. When arriving at the resort, I asked if I could park myself and the Valet said no it was valet only. He did not mention any charge. There was NO signage stating their was a charge. At the front counter, I never signed anything agreeing to a parking charge. I called and spoke to Anthony on 1/3/24 and would not remove the charge for me. The room was overpriced for what it is, and to try to fleece customers for another $35 with no option to self park is dishonest in my opinion.

Nice place but a lot of hidden charges, like resort fee for what most places offer for free. For the cost breakfast should be free. Bathrooms look tired and dated. Staff great

The staff was very helpful and polite. Right on the beach alot of bang for your buck. Would recommend and syltay again. The only complaint is outlets bring a 4 in 1 plug or however many to accommodate your charging mreds for phone, laptop, tablet, kids tablet... etc. Other than that its worth a look in a great lication for shopping eating or just walking around and takin in scenery

Room a little smaller. Shower did not drain properly and the bathroom door won’t closed. No available parking but valet.The staff are nice though abd very helpful
