ヴィラズ グランド ガルデニア(Grand Gardenia)

Place was really nice and definitely clean. The staff was great. Having a refrigerator was very nice since you can go to the store And by your own things and cook if you wish to do so. Breakfast was very good but it only opens on the weekends. I do wish the shower head worked better and they could in the future think about screening the windows since it doesn’t have AC it gets hot but if you leave the windows open then the mosquitoes come in and they have a feast. It also needs more hanging hooks in the rooms for your towels to dry. But that’s just my opinion. Location is GREAT!!! Uber has a big issue finding the place and they always end up at the gas station which you can easily access through the black little door once you are out of the Villa. The Mall is on the corner. You can find anything you need even groceries.

It was a great place with only a few apartments with a lovely pool. It was clean and save. There was a nice terrace in front of the room with a relaxing chair. I was looking forward to sit outside and look at the evening rain. But the roof was leak, so all were wet. At three o’clock at night we woke up because the neighbours were talking and it seemed like they were sitting in our room. It was very loud.

Es un lugar superficialmente "bonito" pero la estancia no es nada recomendable. Son muchas habitaciones para un lugar tan pequeño. Es decir, hay mas de 20 habitaciones para el mismo número de familias y solo 1 alberca pequeña de aproximadamente 15 x 5 m. Se vuelve muy desagradable estar entre tanta gente. No hay privacidad y la alberca se ensucia con las primeras 2 familias que se meten. No refuerzan su propio reglamento: permiten envases de vidrio en la alberca, niños nadando en ropa interior en vez de traje de baño, un huésped con un perro, etc. Pero cuando solicité un upgrade, eso si no pudieron hacerlo "debido a las políticas". Tampoco funcionaba la tv por cable ni el internet en mi habitación. No regresaré y no lo recomiendo.

Le hace falta urgentemente atención a los detalles de las habitaciones. En una de las recámaras se escuchaba toda la noche agua cayendo que probablemente sea un sistema de reciclaje, pero era insoportable. El Internet no funcionaba. Tiene mucho potencial, pero por el costo no amerita lo que dieron

Es de lo poco que hay por la zona pero las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento

Terrible el check in, la habitación nos fue entregada muy tarde, servicios regulares, atención y resolución mal.
