Beautiful rooms, beautiful atrium with waterfalls, pond and koi fish and great food. I would stay here again!

Wish there was a complimentary breakfast of some kind. The water from the faucet in the room wasnt any good, so the only way to get good water was to pay $4bottle at the front. But the rooms are nice and the inside ambience great for a family with a child. our daughter loves the water feature and fish

I like the area and felt very safe. I like the parking and transportation to DIA. I would trade some of the pillows on the bed for brighter light bulbs.

I found this hotel online when my canceled flight forced me to spend the night in Denver. it was definitely one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in and the price was unbeatable. There were a couple of negatives though. While this was listed as an airport hotel, it is actually about 20 minutes away from the airport, so that was a surprise to me. The hotel offered a free airport shuttle which worked to bring me to the hotel. However, when I tried to reserve a ride back to the airport for the next morning, there weren’t enough seats on the shuttle for my friend and I so we were forced to get an Uber if we were going to make our flight. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and while the food was good, there was only one server for the entire place who was overworked, and not very friendly. so while I definitely recommend the hotel for its beauty, comfortable bed and quiet rooms, I would ask in advance if you’re going to use the shuttle and probably recommend avoiding the restaurant.

I like the rooms as they are spacious. I would trade some of the pillows for better lighting in the rooms.

Nice to look at property and suites. But the hotel is not adequately staffed and there lack of attention to detail. For example: #1Coffee and Hot water refill near the front desk is not paid attention to. #2 On asking room service for plates and cups in the room, they ask you to go down and grab it yourself #3 Hospitality at the reception was not welcoming. The gym is outdated but ok for a short stay. Pool is nice. I think I would give it a 3.5 and not a 4 if I had the option to

Beutiful boujie rooms with great amenities. Great proximity just minutes to Den Airport. Breakfast is great but service during happy hour was very very slow.

Jonathan and Richard escorted me from the airport to the hotel and then back they were very knowledgeable and how high high standards of hospitality they got me into my destination that Tommy fashion and guided me to where I needed to be very helpful I wish only the best upon them and the whole staff at the hotel we're amazing I will definitely be back
