Everything was great apart from one very unpleasant incident. On one evening my wife and 2 year old were asleep in the room and my friend and I were having a late drink in the lobby. Around midnight my wife called me and said two men had come into the room and switched on all the lights, shouting and woke up the baby who was extremely upset as was my wife. The keys to our room were no longer working. I went to the reception quite visibly shaken up by the incident as anything could happen if strange men are allowed access into your room in the middle of the night - there was a quick apology and told it was a mistake they had given someone else our room. For a 5 star hotel I would not expect such a serious error and would have expected something a bit more by way of apology to make up for the incident.

I love the location, is just beside Nissi beach! Isn’t what ayia Napa about? Hahahaa

Great hotel, excellent food. A variety of restaurants. Excellent location. Excellent children's entertainment team. The hotel staff at the reception and in the restaurants around the pool are not welcoming, don't expect a late check out. They only approve those who book through them. Our flight is at 23:50 and we were left without showers from 13:00 even though we requested a late check-out from the day of booking.

Everything was lovely except the service at the breakfast.

The mattress in room 335 is a disaster! It's time for a new mattress!! Very uncomfortable.

Really nice hotel in a great location. The staff were amazing, I will definitely visit again.

Отель имеет 5 звезд , но наверное стоит звезды проверять каждый год. В номерах в ванной комнате везде плесень, сантехника изжившая себя, старые, страшные шторы. Старое постельное белье, полотенца и халаты. Вообщем такую стоимость считаю не оправданной. Из плюсов - первая линия у моря, удобный пляж, отличный завтрак и приветливый ресепшен !

Déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. J’ai réservé une chambre de luxe avec un enfant arrivée sur place on me dit que c’est dans le bâtiment réservé aux adultes. J’ai eu droit à une chambre supérieure qui n’était pas dans le même prix payé et je n’ai pas eu droit aux remboursement de la différence. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel ça ne mérite pas un 5 étoiles.

Μείναμε δύο φορές στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό τον μήνα. Την πρώτη φορά με τον σύζυγο μου και ήμασταν στην adults only πτέρυγα και την δεύτερη φορά τώρα 3 μέρες μαζί με τα μωρά μας. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ καλή περιοχή το δωμάτιο μας ήταν superior και ήταν καινούριο καθαρό και ευρυχωρο. Οι πισίνες είναι μεγάλες, πολύ βολικές για κάποιον που έχει μικρά μωρά και ακριβώς δίπλα βρίσκεται και η παραλία του ξενοδοχείου. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα για εμένα είναι ότι κάποιες ώρες δεν μπορούσαμε να βρούμε parking ειδικά αν επιστρέφαμε αργά το βράδυ. Κατά τα άλλα το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε!
