Cheap and relatively good location for this hotel. But not exactly clean but it is cheap for solo travellers

CATASTROPHE !!!!! À fuir au plus vite!!!! Venant avec mon copain pour un séjour de 3 nuits , nous avons été servi. Propreté : berck berck berck !!!! Pas nettoyé, les femmes de ménage ne vous passe même pas le balais et même la contchita …. - isolation à revoir ,joint de la fenêtre donnant sur le balcon à refaire en intégralité. Il y a l’air qui passe , c’est un troue laissant passer l’air et le bruit. - joint de la douche pour fermer, à revoir également. La salle de bain devient une piscine géante en 10s. Cela serait sympathique aussi de revoir le système coulissant des portes de la douche ,car, impossible de les fermer. - les gens qui ne respecte pas dans les couloirs, étant donné l’isolation horrible. Vous dormez avec le bruit. Les femmes de ménage qui à 7h du mat se tape des barres et qui ne respecte même pas les gens . C’est un enfer pour dormir !!! - nous arrivons dans une première chambre « apparthotel » qui n’a même pas de cuisine , et un file qui pendouille au mur car la télé a disparu!!!! Nous nous faisons changer de chambre , et là surprise dans la cuisine nous n’avons : ni plaque de cuisson (c’est censé être équipé) ni même de vaisselle!!! On a pas voulu me donner de vaisselle car ya le covid , c’est une dame qui m’en a donné car elle a vue que le Mr ne voulait pas. -les réceptionnistes OMG , ils vous tutoient, ils comprennent votre demande , mais , on la flemme. Quand ils vous voient arriver, ils baissent la tête , ou alors ils soufflent. Je ne met pas 1 seul Mr dedans qui a su être à l’écoute et nous changer quand il fallait. - la literie: dans l’ensemble sa peu aller , sauf que 1 des coussins que nous avions c’était de la pierre!! Pas d’oreillers ni de couverture à disposition dans le placard.. - le frigo , on cale 1 yaourt et boum plus de place .. -emplacement : en haut d’un bar.. je vous laisse imaginer juste le bruit étant donné l’isolement… c’est insupportable jusqu’à 6h et les jeunes qui rentrent de boite défoncée non merci! Enfin bref .. je déconseille.

I booked at The Flora Maria Hotel Ayia Napa in August 2024. However upon my booking I made an error of the date and wanted to reschedule. The lady I spoke to in charge was extremely rude to me, very unprofessional. She was not interested in helping me but most of all her manner was extremely rude as if I did something so bad. I would certainly not recommend anyone to stay at this. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE.

Arrived and our room was ready early, Linda was amazing and helpful. The room was clean and airy nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel is perfect and very close to all the main attractions. Would not hesitate booking here again

Nice hotel, the staff there are nice. Linda the Scottish lady was really nice and helpful. The hotel has parking outside and the hotel also arrange car hire if you require it. Your room is serviced daily and bathrooms replenished. The hotel is in an ideal location and very close the main bars area so great

It was my first ever solo trip and I really enjoyed it! The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely warm, inviting and helpful. Particularly, the receptionist Lynn who made sure I was alright and provided me with any help or information when it was needed. I am grateful to Flora Maria and would definitely visit again .

The hotel is clean and welcoming, situated in a central location in Ayia Napa. The reception team are welcoming and accommodating and always on hand. Linda is amazing, looked after us really well and recommended places to visit. Linda also arranged car hire and taxis for us.

The rooms are NOT in the same building as shown on the pictures on their website We booked via ***********. Reception was very slow, we paid and they took us 2min walking distance to a building only to find out that they don't even have a room for us!!! Had to go back to reception but they did not want to return our money. Booking policy. The personnel (English-Cypriot girl) was ABSOLUTELY rude and joking with us. She knew we won't be able to get our cash back but still advised us to cancel. Offered us an upgrade, tbh, but we were listening to the people around us complaining about their rooms so we decided to count our losses and leave. No parking, rude staff, horrible service, from what we saw, the rooms were maybe clean but smelled disgusting.... Never going again there and will warn all my friends not to...

Well well well, where do I start. Me and my friends arrived at around midnight, not ideal I must admit but you play with the cards you’ve been dealt. We were greeted by Paul Pogba, obviously a clear attempt at stalling his Juventus move, who was less than impressed at our arrival. I proceeded to hand him our hotel voucher to which he started sorting out. As there was 6 of us, and I had booked two rooms, I went to hand him the second hotel voucher for him to palm it away. No problem, it must be all under one booking, so I thought. He led us to what can only be described as the ghetto or the slums to the side of the actual hotel, as we discovered later was known as ‘the annexe’. After scaling to the top floor, with suitcases, Pogba then struggled to open our door. After numerous turns of the key, and shoulder barges it eventually opened. To my surprise, the room was very spacious however there were 4 beds, 3 pillows and 2 sheets and no curtain. Believe it or not, my friend Warry Hinkley used a rucksack as a pillow on his first night. We also used a bed sheet as a curtain and a shower curtain as a bed sheet. After finally realising that there was 6 of us, the French midfielder suggested we cosy up on 4 beds. I would’ve thought he’d have a better upbringing in Manchester United’s academy so after going back and fourth with him, he led the other half of the group back to the actual hotel and penned them up in a nice room. As mentioned above we had no curtain, after three days we requested for a curtain to be put in place. After what we thought was a clear language barrier, to what turned out to be downright rudeness, we were told that we would receive a curtain ‘not today but maybe tomorrow’. (We never received one) Location superb, right round the corner from Fenor Sogs, Super Marios and opposite Yummy Tommy’s. Pool was drained so had to walk to the other part of the hotel about 5 minutes away to use the pool - not ideal. There’s plenty more I can say but I’ll leave it at that. Despite what I’ve said, it actually made the holiday better and funnier. Somewhere to sleep and wash and good location. If Paul Pogba and fellow teammates could polish up on their customer service then we’re onto a winner. Also a great location for spotting A list celebs! Within one week we managed to get glimpses of Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera and the one and only, the king of pop, back from the dead, Jichael Mackson! Finally I recommend the Stumble Inn for food, best food by a mile in Napa. A common favourite within the group was the chicken penne or spaghetti bolo. 10/10

Amazing place 10/10 would recommend to anyone who are looking for a poohole👍👍, although be aware of the air con as it pretty much gives you lung disease ,the tape they put around the pool is just so necessary ,Our balcony table was just spectacular 👍 if you you’re thinking of having a warm shower then that’s unfortunate as there is only cold water , but never worry as the pool is warmer than the showers so you may as well just use the pool👍👍 toilets don’t work but it’s all good because there’s toilets in the reception 👍👍there’s many cockroaches but don’t worry everyone as you can see below we’ve sorted it 👍👍 In all honestly as a hotel a 1/5 but as a poohole! 5/5👍👍

I don't recommend this to anyone, I had to change 3 rooms in order to find a functioning TV and when I thought that everything was in order the bathroom didn't have a functioning light so I had to take a bath in the darkness never going back again!!

I checked in late at night, booked only for one night and the treatment that I got from your reception employee was more than unacceptable. You should be happy that I did not go to the police. First of all he was drunk, he took me to the room, sat on my bed and when I asked what was up, he started offering me massages, telling that he was drunk and would really love to make me one. I had to ask him multiple times to leave the room, until he finally did it. He also hugged me and kissed me forcefully before leaving. Not only the fear of him coming back but also ants all over the bed made this stay even more “exciting”. No more words needed, just terrible terrible stay, wouldn’t recommend, especially for solo travelers. Girls stay safe.

firstly I wasn't overall thrilled about the reviews of this hotel before me and my partner was travelling. mainly things describing this hotel as unhygienic and generally rubbish but ill set the record straight. for the price what we have paid we went all inclusive for 10nights there. we was part of a larger group here for a wedding so we used the hotel mainly as a base. the beds was clean and comfy. the rooms was cleaned regularly. reception is always manned and they're helpful rooms quite spacious and air con. if your hear for a party then you are in a good location as we can here most evenings 🤣 but we are okay with that as we knew the location of the hotel before we came. the bar was well stocked and plentiful for all inclusive the food that was cooked was made fresh each time and plentiful. now the disadvantages... music is quite loud from the ***** at night so as mentioned before if your here to party then your good to go pool area and bar is situated in another hotel down the road (flora maria hotel doesn't actually have its own pool and bar they use the facilities of clea patra hotel) our bathroom wasn't the nicest, there was damp on the ceiling. luckily I wasn't spending a lot of time in there so was okay for the interim we was fortunate to stay in an upgraded room In the main hotel not the annex and I would highly reccomend you do this too as I don't think the other rooms are as good. we was the only people with an all inclusive package and was given a set menu for dinner and tea to choose from all the same chicken breast pork chop calamari salad and potatoes as mentioned before it was cooked and presented lovely and well seasoned but quite repetitive. other than that if your finding that this is a better cost option against other hotels your looking at then I don't think you'll do too bad. I've given my honest review and I do reccomend it as a budget friendly hotel. enjoy your holiday 😃
