ホテル パノラマ ロイヤル(Hotel Panorama Royal)

I strayed here for 4 nights in mid May 2024 whilst attending an exhibition in Munich - IFAT 2024. The standard of the hotel was stunning and the staff equally stunning and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and the views as you can imagine were also fantastic. We ate in the hotel every day for breakfast and dinner. The food was first class and the attention to detail was an example. Thanks for making all of us at Brock so very welcome…

We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. It is not simply a 'hotel' but a beautiful resort and spa, so we regret only spending 12 hours there, basically to sleep and have breakfast. The grounds were beautiful, the spa looked amazing, the rooms were plush, and the views amazing. There was a EUR80 upcharge for a 2nd person to cover breakfast which is a little steep for a continental breakfast. The only recommendation I would have would be for the hotel to have a bigger covered parking area, as there seemed to be room for only 8-10  cars, with the rest parked along the road outside. Not a big deal, as we only had a dusting of snow the night before, but I imagine would be a little more inconvenient with huge dumps of snow. A 4*-5* experience, we just wished we could have spent longer and enjoyed more of the facilities. Panorama is on our list of places to go back to, and even if you are skiing in Kitzbuhel and don't want to pay the over-inflated Kitzbuhel prices, it is a great option with a 30-35 minute drive to the Fleckalmbahn Gondola (The hotel does offer a ski shuttle but it only serves the Skiwelt Brixen area and not Kitzski)

Just excellent - from atmosphere in spa to meditation courses. Definitely a must for us to come back! Great staff Team & Brunch!

alles top, Personal, Essen, Wellnessbereich, Zimmer. Auf absolute Erholung ausgerichtet und Gästeorientiert. Der Körper erholt sich hier über alle Sinne. Es ist unheimlich gemütlich, geräumig und durch die vielen verschiedenen Stilrichtungen für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Rund um toller kurz Trip in einem sehr schönen Hotel in einer tollen Umgebung Kurze Wege, schöner Wellnessbereich, sehr gutes Essen! Sehr angenehmes und hilfsbereite Team. Ich kann es nur empfehlen und werde mit Sicherheit wieder hinfahren.

Der Wellness Bereich ist traumhaft, das Personal durch die Bank super nett, zuvorkommend, es wird kein Wunsch offen gelassen. Das Essen ein Gaumengenuss. Die Lage ein Traum....Ich werde das Hotel bestimmt nochmal besuchen, und kann es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit vielen Veranstaltungsräumen, leider schon sehr überheblich in der Preisgestaltung und dem Service, den man seinen Kunden offeriert. Parkplätze sind auch nicht genügend vorhanden für das Volumen an Geschäft, was diese Geschäftsleitung gerne verarbeiten möchte. Dementsprechend sind auch einige Maschinen und Mitarbeiter nicht dafür ausgestattet. Preisleistung nicht ok. Man bezahlt für jedes kleine Extra. Schade! Das Hotel hätte viel Potential.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub in einem Hotel in toller Lage. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, saubere Zimmer und ansprechender, sauberer Bäderbereich mit genügend Ruhebereichen. Tolles abwechslungsreiches (Abend)Essen und gut sortiertes Frühstücksbuffet.

Wir haben einen tollen, erholsamen Kurzurlaub gehabt. Die Lage ist super. Der Wellness-Bereich ist neu und hat unsere Erwartungshaltung übertroffen. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Für einen tollen Kurzurlaub möchten wir uns bei dem gesamten Team bedanken.
