Very clean neat 1970 record hotel with fully functioning Foxtel and wifi. Generous tea and coffee supplies and great location. Would stay overnight there again. Pleasant stay. Good price

The hotel was conveniently located and the room has everything we need for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and there is plenty of benches and storage space. The room was spotless. We had a happy stay.

Pleasant, flexible, accommodating manager/owner assisted with early check in. Room very clean, bed excellent with very fresh linen, good shower. Great value. Will stay again.

Hotel was back from the highway, couldn't hear the traffic.
I couldn't open the room with the key had to ring reception for help.
I so wanted to go to bed early after driving all day but 2 rooms decided to be very loud & sit outside & be very noisy.

No clock in the room. Batteries were flat in the remote. No booklet to say where to eat, where to have breakfast, something for tourists to know what to do in Bairnsdale.

Good overnight stay. Strong smell of ‘Glen’ 20 quite over powering.
Smoking area should be well away from the rooms. As neighbours smoked and it wafted into our room.
Owner was obliging and let us have access early even tho the room wasn’t quite ready.

The room had an unpleasant smell, and the furniture seemed outdated. There was no air conditioning, leading to poor air circulation. The bed covers did not appear to be freshly washed, and the beds were both uncomfortable and small. It was not a family-friendly environment, and the presence of many cigarette ends outside was noticeable. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations
