Good location and service during the stay

窗簾拉不滿，早上強烈的陽光會灑進來影響睡眠。這是唯一的缺陷。其他一切都很滿意，尤其3樓的露台花園很有驚喜，早餐也很豐盛。

Отель в целом неплохой, но плитка в ванной отходит, шампуни не приносили, про уборку вопросы задавали, хотя по умолчанию ее надо делать всегда. В номере на первом этаже влажность высокая и окна не открыть. Если хотите глазунью на завтраке, лучше картинку показать. Вид на 4ом этаже где ресторан хороший. Выглядит как семейный бизнес где не все стараются ради качественного сервиса. Есть над чем работать. Парковка рядом с отелем есть, но это парковка в старом городе, въезд через любой шлагбаум, оплата по факту выезда, считывают по номерам.

It was a wonderful 12 days for our family in Baku and at the Shirvanshah Hotel. And the hotel staff - at every level (from the concierge who greeted us with a smile every day, to the receptionists who made sure the room was cleaned, especially the nice receptionist who advised us where best to buy Azerbaijani souvenirs, to the anonymous cleaning ladies) - kept up this impression. In solving a certain problem, we could count on the help of the hotel manager - Mr Emil. On top of all this, the smug service of the restaurant waiters. We would especially like to thank Mr Elvin, who took care of the guests every day at breakfast. He discreetly, tactfully watched over every hotel guest. And above all, we thank Mr Yusif. It was because of him that we would come to the hotel restaurant for evening dinner. We met many waiters, but Mr Yusif's level of service to guests is the highest of the highest. A class of its own. We were and are very impressed.

Absolutely loved staying here. All of the staff were amazing. All of them tried to speak Enlgih with me and were super nice. The facilities are just amazing!!! Will come back for sure!!!

A beautiful hotel in the Old City of Baku. Warm hospitality, spacious rooms, stunning view from the restaurant on the 4th floor of the Flame Towers. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our dinners with a spectacular view were great and so relaxing. A very special thanks to the ever smiling and efficient manager, Mr. Emil, the concierge, Ramiz and Julia. Will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel located in the Old City of Baku. The check-in was really quick. The hotel room was spacious & clean. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Anything required was provided immediately. The restaurant (Natavan restaurant) on the 4th floor had a lovely view of the entire city. The food was good. However, I hope they could improve a bit on the breakfast. The breakfast served was mostly the traditional dishes. Overall it was was good, However, they need to keep some more hot breakfast items. The best part of staying at this hotel was the location. Everything was a 5 - 10 min walk to most of the tourist attractions - Shirvanshah Palace, Miniature book museum, the double gates, Nizami street, Phalharmony gardens etc...

Love the location. They have complimentary steam room, sauna and pool. Convenient location in an Old City. Close to the Harbor Walk and the tram to the observation deck and Flame Towers. They are offer taxi from the airport for an extra charge, what was really convenient for us. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Also have a rooftop restaurant with a stunning view of the city. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for the F1 Grand Prix weekend. Great location in the old city. Staff very friendly and hotel is so quiet. Beds are comfortable , showers lovely and hot and generally very clean hotel. It is not 5* if you’re judging against UK hotels I would say a good 3*. The breakfasts are not catered for western pallets much more Turkish/ Arabic but they’re fine. It has a stunning view of the flame towers with a lovely restaurant on the 4th floor with a retractable roof which shows of the flames even better. Thoroughly recommend this hotel 6 nights for £650 which considering it is F1 weekend I think is good value.
