We are here now! Very disappointed with the hotel very lucky the location is good. To get to the room it’s a ridiculous up hill walk which is very steep and not suitable for children or some adults. The entertainment is not pram friendly To get to the restaurant one very small lift overall this is not what I expected from a holiday village as we have stayed with them before and much better. The best thing about this hotel is location which we have spent most of our time going off the hotel.

Brilliant family holiday. We stayed for 14 nights and never disappointed. Restaurants fill up quickly so would recommend booking as soon as you arrive the evenings you want to recommend. The Taverna, was lovely. My wife had a mother and son spa experience a very personal touch. My 13 old was well entertained with the football academy and my son also learned to swim having enrolled for a week in the swim academy. HV staff were very friendly and worked tirelessly to keep everyone entertained. We are hoping to return in 2024. I would give 5 stars but we had an issue with ants in our room even though the rooms had been cleaned daily and to a very high standard it did not stop the ants, so next year we will be stocking up on ant repellants. We travelled in August and it was extremely hot. There was some issues trying to get a lounger as the hotel was always busy. Queues to the bar at times was about t people deep. Only 1 all inclusive beer available. All inclusive wine was not very good. Main reception staff could have been more helpful as only having dealt with them at checkin and to request access to tennis equipment it seemed to be somewhat an inconvenience. Small beach just across the road but be aware of tourists and quad bikes as they race up and down the road. We will definitely return as the children have requested as they enjoyed it so much and had a lot of fun while away. Bar staff are very friendly and helpful. We did not do any excursions as there was a good entertainment programme but was very repetitive and so we will definitely be having a couple of day trips or boat trips the next time we stay. A small water park on site is very good for children but only has a small area for toddlers. No bar at the water slide area but has a soft drink dispenser. A fairly new hotel going through changes and this was evident but did not impact how much we enjoyed our stay. We look forward to 2024 and hope that there are not too many changes.

Has potential to be a 5* but needs some upgrades to get there: Let’s start with the areas for improvement Number 1 - this hotel has the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. We travelled with friends who stayed over on the other side of the hotel and felt the same. New mattresses are a MUST. Bottled water is not available apart from one in the room on arrival day. For a 5* resort you would expect this. Accessibility is poor, we were given a first floor room even though we requested a cot, we had to carry the buggy up and down the stairs. I saw a family carry their teenage disabled daughter and wheelchair down the steep steps of the amphitheatre to reach the evening entertainment, this needs addressing! We were lucky with check in but there were lots of upset families who had a poor check in experience. We found the food to be good (big shout out for the snack bar team for serving amazing Gyros). The entertainment team are spot on! Kids club was varied, secure and my daughter loved it. Lots of pools, lovely views, friendly staff, good variety of places to eat and drink, shops on site are wonderful.

After staying in the neighbouring hotel complexes we chose to stay at Mikri Poli in june 2023 with our wedding party. My wife and I returned in Sept 2023 and were pleasantly surprised to be be told on arrival that as returning guests we had been given a room upgrade to a Seaview suite. Inside the suite was a splendid gift tray with a welcome back card and a selection of local treats. House keeping maintained the room well during our week long stay,well cleaned and regular linen and towel changes. Initially finding the room was not a pleasant experience. Our TUI flight had been delayed. When we arrived at the hotel luggage service had closed . We had to find the room on our own, in the dark carrying our own cases. Neighbouring Agean Village has a 24 hr concierge service in keeping with their star rating. Entertainment/events were well publicised and plentiful. The program is aimed at children. The acclaimed magic show was balloon blowing for school children. It was comforting to have lots of TUI staff on hand. All very friendly and informative. We will be staying again.

Positives 1• the entertainment team were incredible Always inclusive and fantastic energy 2• plenty of sun loungers and lots of pools to choose from 3• food plentiful however busy in the restaurant on an evening Negatives 1• cleaning not great of the rooms 2• rooms need upgrading. Nice size but not finished to a high standard 3• 100 euro room charge for late checkout despite end of season ( and others I'd spoken to were not charged anything) Overall a great place just need a few tweaks to reach the standard expected

Had a body massage with Tess. Would fully recommend. She was so good made me relaxed. The massage was amazing. Skin felt so good afterwards. Tess was very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Such a lovely girl

This hotel is amazing, quiet, on the beach, lovely rooms and a very short walk (5 mins) to the beautiful quaint town of kardamena- where you can hire quad bikes (Recommended), go out for food, or venture into the nightlife. We walked down to a pub to watch the football. The lobby is lovely and relaxing, staff are friendly and helpful if you have any questions- we never had trouble with the language barrier. The main buffet was different every day with various items to choose from and snacks such as ice cream available throughout the day. All of the restaurant staff were lovely- the perfect amount of service. There were 2 other restaurants (Asian and Italian) however you can only book one free one per week of your stay. Worth going (as with any buffet) the food can become repetitive. Across reception is the spa area which was lovely- the indoor pool was the perfect start to the day- bonus that no one else used it! They have a small gym in this area that we used a few times as well. There is a hot-tub however you have to book at the spa desk (don't know why as it was empty when we went). There is also a free sauna downstairs. The pool is lovely and big- didn't feel like there were too many people at one time. We never had to rush for a sun bed either! You can also pick sun beds and turn them around to face the beach directly in-front of the hotel! The male pool bar staff was lovely, and made a great tequila sunrise (without us asking as we drank it all the time)! The rooms are spacious with modern interior and lovely bathrooms. They were well maintained and cleaned daily- However, beds are not changed daily, so ask reception how often they are changed and if you want them done sooner. I couldn't hear noise from next door neighbours- only upstairs when they were leaving the hotel. The rooms are all relatively close to the main area consisting of the pool, restraints, buffet and reception. The location and everything about this hotel was great for a little getaway! (we stayed 6 nights which was the perfect amount).

Food and drinks let it down this is 2 hotels combined and the one we stayed in was the good one looks like tui own the one and tui and other operators share the other. This one had the better rooms as we stayed here and our family the main one. The food was very poor and mostly warm. Drinks were poor as well always flat mixers but beer ok they couldn't go wrong with that was a 20 minute walk into kardamena where we should have stayed won't be back

Visited the spa whilst at this lovely hotel. Great staff and facilities, amazing treatment from Cerasela! Feeling very relaxed would definitely recommend. Resort spacious and next to the beach too! Fabulous holiday.

A massage with Cerasela is a must have. I had shoulders full of knots and left feeling so much looser and lighter ! Even had a little free 15 minute facial at the end. Absolute bliss and a perfect start to my holiday. Thinking of booking another. Lovely spa too.

Cerasela was fantastic she massaged myself and my daughter and was extremely gentle patient and skilled. I have never felt so relaxed. It was Izzy’s first time having a massage and she loved it. She fell asleep within 10 minutes. Cerasela made her feel at easy and knew exactly what she was doing to help with my daughter muscle tension.

Amazing experience at the SPA with Cerasela , from the first touch . Never head spa or any kind of massage experience before but this lady’s hand took me to the deep relaxation and meditation whilst enjoying the treatment .

Really fast service. Relaxed atmosphere with Cerasela. I had some sun burn and the treatment managed to help resolve it. I also fell asleep it was lovely. I would recommend to go if you head to this hotel!

Took a trip to the spa and had one of the relaxation massages by Cerasela Money well spent and worth a visit if you have a spare hour or two. Friendly and welcoming all the way through from Popi on reception to Cerasela throughout the massage.
