ホリデイ リゾーツ(Holiday Resorts)

Lovely room with sea view from the balcony and air condition inside which was really needed these hot days. Five minutes walk to the beach with a little pier where we spent cosy days on sunchairs. But best of all was the staff: They were all extremely polite and helpful at all occasions. Not least important was the fact that they all speak english. The dinner buffet was also very good which gave the opportunity to taste several differet Hungarian dishes

I like the clean room and the professional staff. Breakfast and the Dinner was excellent inside the Hotel. Highly recommended! Do not miss, the nice pool and the bowling area. We had a 4 day blast. Thank you Holiday Resorts!

Very nice customer service, especially from the manager of the restaurant, Mr. Gabor Kassai. Room was very nice also, I only missed the disponsable overnight kits. (E.g) toothbrush, soaps, slippers. The other thing that could be better is the separation of the balconies. Overall we had a very nice experience, and the kindness and professional attitude of the staff made it. The hotel itself is definitely a must to visit, once one is around the town. Thank you for these 2 days!

Das Frühstück, sofern man es denn als ein solches bezeichnen möchte, war eine Unverschämtheit. Wir betraten den Frühstücksraum gegen 9:00 Uhr, nachdem die mehrere Reisebusse füllende Seniorengruppe abgereist war. Es sollte bis 10:00 Uhr Frühstücksbuffet geben. Das "Buffet" sah jedoch so aus, wie es eben aussieht, wenn sich 100 Senioren gesättigt haben und das Personal nichts mehr nachlegt. Es gab keinen Käse, keine Wurst, kein Ei, keine Marmelade, kein Müsli, keine Brötchen. Es gab schlechterdings nichts außer fleckige Tischdecken mit den Speiseresten der abgereisten Senioren. Auf die Bitte um einen schwarzen Tee bekam ich eine Tasse mit Teebeutel ohne Wasser und wurde auf mein Nachfragen auf eine Karaffe mit lauwarmen Wasser verwiesen. Erst auf nachdrückliche Intervention erhielten wir einen Teller mit ein paar Scheiben Wurst und Käse auf den Tisch gestellt und etwas Obst. Wir stellten den Teller dann auf das "Buffet", denn die beiden ungarischen Familien an den Nachbartischen hatten gar nichts bekommen. Vermutlich lebt das Hotel von den Busreisen und steht auf dem Standpunkt, daß die wenigen Individualreisenden weder Mühewaltung, noch Frühstück wert sind, weil die ohnehin nicht wiederkommen. Jedenfalls in diesem letzten Punkt sind wir mit dem Hotel einer Meinung.
