「Mario room is nice decorated. Room is big and the best is, it comes with 2 bathroom! However, WIFI is down and cleaner did not do a good job, shampoo and body wash were ran out, floor is not very clean. Hotel's location is close to the entrance. Its breakfast is good enough as well. The biggest surprise is, we got a free Sayrum lake boat ride ticket. The view from the boat is magnificent. Worth the booking for this trip. See my 1st picture!」

「We booked this hotel at the last minute on the recommendation of our driver. It was a good choice. The rooms were big and clean. The service was impeccable and the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast came with the rooms. The only setback was that the room was facing west so it's quite hot in the afternoon. I would recommend that the hotel tint the glass wall or put heavy curtains on it.」

全体的に、今回の滞在はとても快適でした。フロントデスクのスタッフは歓迎してくれ、チェックインも迅速に対応してくれました。ホテルの設備や近隣のアメニティについても積極的に紹介していただき、とても親切でした。 部屋はとても清潔で整頓されており、寝具は柔らかく快適で、ぐっすり眠ることができました。バスルームは濡れた場所と乾いた場所がしっかりと分かれていて、お湯もたっぷり出てきて、アメニティも充実していました。朝食は中華料理と洋食の両方から種類が豊富で、新鮮な食材を使った美味しい料理で、毎日の食事に満足できました。 立地も地下鉄駅から近く、とても便利で、周辺にはレストランやお店もたくさんありました。ただ、少し残念なのは、部屋の防音が少し弱く、夜になると外の音が聞こえることがありました。今後の改装で改善されることを期待しています。 全体的に見て、価格に見合った価値があり、次回必要があればまた泊まりたいと思うでしょう。

宿泊施設は美しく、ドームテントとキャビンの両方があります。私たちはキャビンルームに宿泊しましたが、部屋から美しい夕日と日の出を眺めることができました。チェックインもスムーズで、スタッフが荷物をホテルの車まで運んでくれて、車内で待機させてくれたので、そこから部屋まで送ってもらいました。サービスはとても丁寧でした。今回宿泊した部屋は一番端の方だったので、遮るものがなく、とても美しい景色を眺めることができました。

Really cool experience to stay in a traditional Kazakh yurt in their own community. The host led us through their own fenced off area of the mountain (as a tourist you can't just drive in yourself). The blankets were clean and we had a view of the lake by just opening the yurt door. There are no showers, only a pit toilet, but there is crisp running water drawn from the mountains somewhere. It was really cold outside but the charcoal heating was sufficient enough for us to wear T shirts to sleep. We ordered dinner and breakfast in advance and the host's mum's cooking is fantastic. Every dish was the best version we've had so far on our trip. You could see the sheep and cows being herded at the beginning and end of the day. The friendly yellow dog kept the cattle from wandering too close to our camp. He's a well trained, good boy! Would definitely like to stay again.

來賽里木湖入住朝暮如故，體驗真的太棒了。房間採光通透，通風效果特別好，窗外源源不斷吹進來賽湖清涼的晚風，室內温度舒適宜人，全程根本不需要開空調。房間打掃得乾淨整潔，躺在床上就能感受到自然的涼意，安靜又舒服，長途遊玩疲憊一下就消散了。前台服務貼心周到，辦理入住效率很高，下次再來賽里木湖還會選擇這家。

편안하게 지내다 왔습니다. 배낭여행 중이라 셔틀버스를 타고 입장한 후 숙소 주인분과 위챗으로 연락을 해서 天鹅乐水에서 만났어요. 거기서부터는 차량으로 픽업을 해주고 관광객은 진입이 불가한 구간이었습니다. 입장 후 만나는 장소까지는 여유롭게 관광하고 숙소에 들어가면 됩니다. 숙소 아주머니께 요청하면 식사 가능합니다. 저녁으로 대판양고기 1근 주문해서 둘이 먹었는데 양도, 음식 맛도 괜찮았어요. 유르트에서 숙박을 하므로 저녁엔 약간 추울 수 있으니 살짝 도톰한 옷 준비하시면 좋습니다. 난방 및 따뜻한 물 제공됩니다. 씻을 물도 있어서 양치 및 간단한 세수 정도는 가능합니다. 화장실은 푸세식입니다. 충전 가능하고 통신은 잘 터지는 편입니다. 저는 물티슈와 간단한 간식거리, 슬리퍼 준비해 갔는데 유용했어요. 초지에서 양들이 풀을 뜯는 모습, 밤하늘에 별이 반짝이는 모습, 멀리 보이는 설산과 호수, 그리고 일출 모두 너무 아름다웠습니다.

Had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. We were also pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the upgraded room was absolutely fantastic. The view was stunning, especially with the huge window that allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery day and night. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a big living hall that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged for guests’ comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent service, beautiful views, and a very comfortable environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

The property did not match the photos advertised. Both the room and the view were quite different from what was shown online. In particular, the actual view was on a completely different side, which was disappointing. The cleanliness was only average and could definitely be improved. There was also no hair dryer provided in the room. In addition, the bathroom fixtures, including the shower and faucets, looked old and poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and a lack of proper upkeep. The food was acceptable, with a reasonable selection, but nothing particularly memorable. Considering the price, I don’t feel the stay offered good value for money. I believe the property would provide a much better experience if it improved its cleanliness, maintained its facilities more regularly, and used photos that accurately represent the actual rooms and views.
