「The location of this hotel is right next to the ever famous Lake Rayhem. This is more like a boutique hotel with an excellent butler service satisfying your almost every needs. The reception was friendly and as they prepare your registration and room, they serve you with high tea. Excellent coffee with cakes and cookies and fresh fruits too. The manager, Mr. Su took special attention to all his customers looking into our additional needs which was immediately fulfilled within the hours. This is what is so lacking in this area here in China whereby the management take pride in their satisfaction of their customers. They will call to find out if you need them to doggy bag the breakfast for you when they don't find you there and they serve you with a good night milk before you hit the sack. All these fine details required lots of diligent works. This is one place I can see hardworking employees when compared to our places in Xinjiang. Pretty sure they will get lots of satisfying and returning customers.」
