「This is truly a heartwarming homestay. Even before we entered, the host came out to greet us, guided us to the parking lot, and helped park the car. We stayed for two nights. On the second evening, a strong wind caused a power outage across the entire town and scenic area. The host immediately went room to room to deliver emergency lights, explain the situation, and reassure us that hot water was still available. Although the outage caused some inconvenience, we understood it was due to unforeseen circumstances. The host actively worked to resolve the issue and even offered to refund half of our stay upon checkout. The next morning, we even saw the owner coming down to pack breakfast for the staff. While our stay wasn’t perfect, what mattered most was how promptly and sincerely the owner addressed any issues. We genuinely hope their business continues to thrive!」
