-ホテルの設備は比較的新しく、部屋は狭くありません。 -ホテルの場所は鐘楼の近くにあり、レストランやタクシーが近くにあります。町の中心部まで歩いて行くと、いつでもどこでも夜の買い物に便利です。良い場所。 -フロントの受付サービスはとても親切です。唯一の欠点は、チェックインしたときにベッドリネンに長い髪があったことです。受付に写真を撮ると、彼らはそれらを非常に真剣に受け止めます。キルトを交換しましたが、それでもズババでした。寝具は自動的に乾かされたりアイロンがけされたりしないと推定されています。 -空港ピックアップを予約しました。少し高いですが、運転手は質が良く、通りすがりの町を時々紹介します。

We had reached Darjeeling without any specific travel plans and without a hotel reservation , and as we were walking on the Hill Cart Road we chanced upon the Udaan Himalayan Suites and Spa. We sat in the lobby and make a booking through a online portal and then proceeded to the reception counter. The staff who attended on us Ms Vamika was extremely polite, helpful and professional and in no time we were escorted to our room. The room and the washroom was extremely spacious and clean as well. We could not make out much of the view outside as it was late in the evening, but the view we got in the morning just took our breath away, the Mt Kanchunjunga view from morning to evening was awe inspiring and the colours and scenery kept changing with every passing hour. The colours and hues of the mountains and the sky during sunset was again breath taking to say the least. The restaurant and the breakfast spread was excellent. The a la carte menu we opted for dinner was also very good. Thanks once again to Ms Vamika and Udaan Himalayan Suites for making our stay in Darjeeling memorable and I am pretty sure I will come back and recommend this place to my friends and relatives planning a trip to Darjeeling.

The service provided was exceptional, with the staff demonstrating a high level of professionalism and hospitality throughout the stay. The Christmas decoration exhibited exceptional quality. The location couldn't have been more ideal!

雄大なカンチャンジュンガの魅力的な景色を持つ素敵なホテル。ホテルのサービスは本当にとても良く、よく*** 高齢です。ハウスキーピングは常に注意深く、私たちのニーズに応えました。ホテルの場所は平和と眺めの面で本当に良いですが、歩いて行くとモールから少し離れています。しかし、私はホテルでの滞在が大好きでした。部屋もとても素敵で居心地がいいです。

イスタナは私が訪れた中で最高のホテルの1つです。私と私の家族はダージリンに旅行に行きました。そこで私たちはイスタナに滞在しました。これは私が今までに持っていた最高の旅行の1つでした。なぜなら、私は楽しいリゾートに滞在しなければならないからです。残念ながら部屋に提供されたエキストラベッドと毛布は寝心地が良くありませんでしたが、場所はとても平和で素晴らしい場所にあり、部屋は快適で清潔で、食べ物は素晴らしかったです。ルームサービスだけでなく、すべてがきちんと整理され、管理されているのを見て、魅力的な雰囲気を与えてくれました。場所の雰囲気は家庭的でリラックスした雰囲気を与え、心配事がないように感じました。とてもフレンドリーで気配りがあり、仕事にとても熱心な人だったので、スタッフに会えてとても嬉しかったです。私はホテル内のスタッフの名前をいくつか拾いました。アレックス、Sarroj pradhan、Digendra thapaは、非常に寛大で、柔軟で丁寧でした。個人的には、ホテルが外に焦点を当てるだけでなく、細部に注意を払うのが好きでした。これは私が今まで行った中で最高の隠れ家の一つだと思います。私は本当に歓迎以上のサービスを保証することができます 全体的に私は素晴らしい経験をし、間違いなくこのホテルをお勧めします。

Everything was perfect, the stay was beautiful. It is located just beside dell park, 45 mins from the kalimpong market. Peaceful and far away from noise. The resort is well maintained, though it is rated as 3* but we felt their service is like any of the top rated 4* hotel. Everyone was welcoming, cordial and just a one knock away for any kind of service. The premium balcony view we chose, which was worth of every penny and minute spent in the room. The clouds are coming inside room with a view of kanchenjunga and tees-ta river. Loved it. Only just for a note, local shops are very limited there, if you want any kind of dry foods or snacks, and the hotel restaurant food pricing is bit higher considering the locality. Though the a loo parathas they provided in breakfast and mixed fried rice and chilly chicken was very delicious. Overall our 3nights 4 days stay in summit sherpa was splendid. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful vacation with the raw natural beauty of delo, mountains, delo park and of course kalimpong. We visited darjeeling by taking car one day which was also a pleasant experience and returned back to hotel in the evening. Please note: there are other 2 branches of summit near kalimpong market area, but summit sherpa is the branch which is only located in delo. Wish you a wonderful stay there. Excellent spread and service. The selection of food items were absolutely amazing and there were food items from around the world. We were given exceptional service by Regina and Subhradeep, our servers, who looked after our every whim and fancy. It was a fantastic Christmas lunch and the kids as well as the adults were satisfied and happy.
