ホテルのプライベート送迎サービスで旅を始めた瞬間から、すべてが素晴らしかったです。スタッフの親切さはまさに一流で、私たちを温かく迎え、細部まで丁寧にケアしてくれました。プライベートポートはまさに画期的なサービスで、長い列に並ぶ必要もなく、面倒な手続きもなく、迎えから降ろしまでスムーズでストレスフリーな体験でした。ポートのスタッフは信じられないほど温かく親切で、出来立てのウェルカムドリンクはぜひ試していただきたい逸品です！ボートの乗船自体はスムーズで、優先入場できたので旅行税の支払いも行列に並ぶ必要もありませんでした。このサービスを強くお勧めします！ ホテルに到着すると、満面の笑顔と温かいおもてなしで迎えられました。部屋に用意されていたウェルカムサプライズは、まさに心のこもったおもてなしで、特別な気分になりました。 アメニティに関しては、現在アップグレードに取り組んでいることが分かり、今後の展開が楽しみです。卓球はとても楽しかったですが、ボールは少し新しくした方が良いかもしれません。一つだけお願いがあります。プールの営業時間がもう少し長くなれば嬉しいです！ 最後に、ドリームチームの皆さん、ムンドさん、ギーさん、ジーノさん、ノエルさん、サンディさんに心から感謝申し上げます。プライベートツアーガイドの皆さんは、あらゆる面で期待以上の働きをしてくれました。まるで王様のような気分でした！常に気配りがあり、思いやりがあり、温かい心遣いでした。ちょっとした事故で足を打撲してしまった時も、彼らは迅速かつプロフェッショナルな応急処置をしてくれました。 間違いなく、彼らのプライベートツアーを予約することを強くお勧めします。ただのツアーではなく、親切で素晴らしい人たちが案内してくれる、忘れられない体験です。また来るのが待ちきれません！ 追伸：夕日を眺めるのに最適なプライベート桟橋です。

My overall experience is good! I'm the type of person who prefers active travelling, so the hotel is needed literally just for sleep, shower and storing stuff. My requirements for the hotel were good proximity to the city center and nice room with hot shower. Well, the location is truly good, it's a bit on the hill so to get to the city center you just need to come down. In the same building there is a great cafe DAYO who offer 10% discount per day for the Oceana Bay hotel's guests. During our trip to Philippines, Coron was the last destination and the 4th hotel we stayed at, and that was the only one with some room facilities issues. When we checked-in it turned out there is no water in the shower, the staff truly tried to be helpful, the receptionist girl offered us to stay in another upgraded room before the problem will be solved. The thing is when one day later we had to return to the room the problem with the water wasn't solved, we had to contact staff all the time which for sure was absolutely inconvenient, especially when water could be cut off during taking shower. At that point nobody cared already, there were no offers to change the room or to offer us a discount. The siphon from the sink was leaking, so every time you wash your hands, the bathroom floor is immediately in water. The AC is truly loud, but this is absolutely normal for Philippines, as well as the absence of hair dryer. Nice thing that the hotel unlimitedly provides drinking water in the hall. The hotel also offers tours, bike rent, transfer to the airport, but I'd suggest to check it out in the city first, we've found more convenient and better price offers there.

快適な滞在でしたが、チェックインは良い経験ではありませんでした。早めにチェックインできたことに感謝しましたが（午後1時～1時半頃）、到着時に誰も荷物を運んでくれなかったことにがっかりしました。私たちは大きな荷物を1つと小さな荷物を1つ持っていました。チェックイン後、スタッフの1人が部屋まで手伝ってくれると言われました。荷物を部屋に運んでくれると思っていましたが、誰もそうしてくれませんでした。手伝ってくれたスタッフは荷物を手伝ってくれたわけではなく、部屋まで一緒に付いてきてくれただけで、大きな荷物を運べないかもしれないので手伝うことができませんでした。そのため、彼女に荷物を運んでもらうように頼みませんでした。部屋がロビーから遠く、部屋までの通路が荷物を押して運ぶのに適さない平坦でも滑らかでもないため、荷物を運ぶのが大変でした。部屋までずっと荷物を運ばなければなりませんでした。 良い点は、部屋が広く、プールが十分に大きいことです。朝食はまともです。 Wi-Fi は良好です。 悪い点は、携帯電話のネットワークが時々使えなくなることですが、発電機があるのは良いことです。 ゲストのことを気にかけてください。到着から出発まで、ゲストのニーズに気を配ってください。ホテル自体はとても良いですが、サービスは改善されるべきです。

ホテルの立地は素晴らしく、美しい夕日も見られました。町への送迎ボートはいつも時間厳守で、チェックアウト後の早朝にも無料で送迎してくれました。スタッフはとても親切で助かりましたが、一人あたり2人分の仕事をこなしているような印象を受けました。 レストランはあまり良くありませんでした。メニューの半分は提供されておらず、イカ料理（ようやく補充されましたが）を除けば、料理の質は平均的でした。コーヒーはひどいものでした。また、ハッピーアワーと謳っているのに、カクテルを注文しようとしたところ、バーテンダーは不在でビールしか頼めないと言われました。 設備は早急に改善が必要です。部屋は良いのですが、外観は寮、あるいはもっとひどい言い方をすれば***院のようです。 また、シュノーケリングの宣伝もありましたが、水に入るのは控えるように言われ、プールサイドの椅子もほとんどありませんでした。 再度予約するかどうかはわかりません。

リゾートがスポンサーとなっている空港からリゾートまでの交通機関は最悪でした。リゾートがスポンサーとなっている会社ではなく、着陸後に空港からリゾートまでの交通機関を予約してください。施設内にスターバックス コーヒーがありますが、メニューは限られています。スタッフは滞在体験をより楽しいものにしてくれません。朝食は良くて平均的で、いくぶん退屈で選択肢も限られています。他の多くのリゾート/ホテルのように、ベーコンはなく、ソーセージの味は悪く、チーズやスライス肉のオプションはありません。コーヒーはごく基本的なものです。メインディッシュは限られています。リゾートのプールにはユニークなものがなく、退屈です。プールのウェイターはフレンドリーではありません。食べ物の値段は、食べ物が基本的なものであるにもかかわらず高すぎます。プールの椅子は良いです。特に小さな子供向けのリゾート アクティビティはありません。

Excellent service we've received. The staff were all polite, friendly & very accommodating esp with my request. Beautiful view of bay & Coron town, ignore the shanty area coz it's the trip we were after & friendliness of people of Coron. Everyday cleaning/making up our room & everyday bottled water provided. Good selection of food for buffet breakfast & freshly cooked when we had a la carte due to low season/less guests which is much better than busy😆

The Casa's location is just up ahead from the Coron main road which you can take tricycle to go anywhere in the Coron Town Proper, it is also near the St. Agustin Church, and near to BPI, Andoks, Pacifico, Maria L's Cake House and Café. The Casa is basically and technically near to popular places, you only need to walk down to the Coron main road and grab a tricycle and jist tell the driver the place you want to go. The room I was in were good to sleep in, the aircondition works, I basically turned off the AC when the room cool enough then open the electric fan. You can use their kitchen which I discovered late but it's fine since I always out touring, I just wish that the care taker orient me ahead on what can I access or use. I spoke to the owner ober the phone, he is not here in the Casa but still helped me to be picked up from and to the airport and the Casa. There are no staff to fully accomodate you since this is not a hotel but more like a house where you rent room to stay in to sleep and bathe, but you can ask people who were staying here probably the care taker of the house to ask for assistance. The place were not yet known to all because during my stay here and I had a booked tour the van couldn't find the Casa, probably it has no visible sign that the driver or the guide could see. There's a sign outside the gate but it needed more visibility and a repaint so that everyone know what is this place and its location. The place cannot be seen in Google Maps since it was not yet updated to recent view so even if you virtually travel the streets, the area where this place is, is inaccessible on the map. So far a good place to stay in to relax after a long day of tour activities and probably one of the cheapest.

Nice view from room with balcony. Near a good massage and there is food options near by. Service is friendly and helpful.

スカイロッジ リゾートでの滞在は素晴らしいものでした。このホテルでの 3 泊 2 日の滞在を価値あるものにしてくださり、ありがとうございました。山々と島を見渡す素晴らしい景色。素晴らしい体験でした。フレンドリーで親切なスタッフ、2 日間の朝食ビュッフェ、行きたい場所へ連れて行ってくれるとても便利なシャトル バス。コロンにまた来たときは、ぜひお勧めしますし、また利用します。

The state was great. It was amazing. It was right at the beach.
