ツ ジャルダン ブティック ヴィラス(Le Jardin Villas Seminyak)

看圖片選擇了這家別墅，3晚三千五。結果導致全家人因為房間問題很不開心！ 1、別墅位置在一個深巷子裏，距離海邊走路還要15分鐘。晚上回來進巷子裏曲裏拐彎的還沒有路燈。民房地段，光裝修博眼球了。 2、馬桶、淋浴居然是室外，站在淋浴間能聽到摩託車聲和男人説話聲！！！ 3、一樓晚上跳砸，空調停了半夜叫前台處理。二樓沒水室外洗澡，出了一天汗不敢洗澡。 4、整棟樓是室外的，植物很多，所以蚊蟲更多，孩子睡了一晚身上、臉上被咬了 7 處！酒店提供了蚊香和滅蟲劑。薰了一夜導致我和孩子嗓子起來不舒服，啞了！導致後來咳嗽，還不停吃葯！ 總結:後來我要求退房 2 晚，結果民宿不同意！説明情況後還是拒絕！結果衹住了一晚果斷跟家人收拾行李離開了。出來度假，開心第一，三千五買個教訓吧！才有了此次一星真實評價！ 慎選，避免因房間圖片博眼球而入坑。

Absolutely amazing!! Cannot rate this place highly enough. Eks and the entire team were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They even made a surprise birthday cake for my husband. Gorgeous private villas, fabulous pool, resort food was good l. 10/10.

The service was very nice and welcoming. Lovely surprise on the first night by two staff (room 206) 5/4/24. Great experience, nice breakfast and the pool was good - perfect for night swims. The room had the air conditioner on always ready for us.

Excellent time, great space for families and your on pool as well. We had a great stay and highly recommend this place to stay close to all the action and only 5 minutes from the beach in one direction 5 minutes from shopping in the other. Can't ask for a better place.

Great location. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The grounds of the villa and complex itself are stunning - so lush and green. Our villa was big and roomy but a little tired. The pool decking was warped and our wooden blinds didn't work but I just think maintenance in Bali is a struggle no matter where you stay. One of the villas has just been renovated (room 205) so maybe they are upgrading them all. If so this place will be superb. Would recommend. (P.s they are renovating the foyer area at the moment so it's a little noisy but it didn't really bother us too much).

Villa was clean and suited our needs. Stayed in 2BR. All staff very lovely. Air-conditioning was good and pool welcoming on hot days. Open air bathrooms and toilets could be a bit hot at times. Close to beach and restaurants.be better when renovations complete to restaurant.

Definitely enjoy our stay during one month stay here . Roy and eka very polite staff. They’re very friendly and helpfully. Recommended staying ever in le jardin villa seminyak. Will be come back for sure for next trip . Thank you once again ❤️❤️❤️

The staff are just wonderful at Le Jardin. Always happy to help and check in at every chance they get, without impeding on your privacy. They are great at keeping your villa clean and tidy on your schedule. The breakfast is to die for - we tried almost every option while staying here - though our favourite would have to be the Indonesian breakfast. YUM! I also got a Balinese Massage in my villa - it was probably the best massage I have ever had. So relaxing and the therapist was fantastic. I would not hesitate to book Le Jardin again. The villas are located just a short walk to both the beach and great street shopping, we only needed to get a couple of rides when we wanted to venture out further, but there is so much to do and see just in Seminyak.

What a delightful stay we had. The staff were kind and attentive and we had everything we needed in our Villa. We made use of the pool daily and enjoyed a breakfast delivered to our rooms daily. We were very impressed with the offering and service received at a very reasonable price. Our thanks to everyone at Le Jardin🙂
