Such a nice place to stay at the center of Legian crowds but quiet and friendly staffs. for the lowest priced room at the time, surprisingly the amenities were very thorough. the peaceful garden vibes was really pleasant, cold AC, only half signal wifi reach for the back room facing the fort. However this really recommended.

Очень хороший отель, сервис вежливый, отличное местоположение и вкусные разнообразные завтраки. Маленьким минусом можно назвать стоимость дополнительной кровати для ребенка - 25$ за ночь. Рекомендую

酒店整體不錯，院子很舒服，可以游泳泳池里就有小吧台可以點吃的，但是床很小，翻身會掉下床，大概1米寬的樣子，我在網上訂的大床房到了沒有大床房了給我平調了雙床房，兩個小床實在是太小了，睡得很不舒服，因為是旅遊休閒，因此懶得麻煩住了兩天，第二天也沒有大床，說實在的明明是酒店本身的原因卻不作出良好的解決方法，很不喜歡！但晚班前台人還不錯，想想也就算了。查房本來沒什麼問題，但房間什麼消費物品都沒有，我在巴釐島住了6天就在他家會查房而且白天前台態度不行，我叫了車去機場，叫他查房快一點，就板著臉叫我等著，很不爽！

Firstly, let me start by saying the staff at New Garden View Resort were excellent as I have found everywhere I have stayed. I had a booking for a Superior Double room but unfortunately on arrival only twin single beds were available. Before I could say, just joint the 2 singles together (which I have happily done in the past), I was offered an upgrade to a Superior Cottage room. I thought this is nice and accepted. I found however this cottage to be a bit old. A couple of the issues being the shower over a bath with poor water pressure and toilet not flushing properly. A third issue was that the walls were quite thin and I was woken a couple of times during the night by other guests in adjoining cottages having their TV blaring, and talking loudly. Otherwise, the large double bed was comfortable and the aircon worked fine. As to the facilities, the restaurant and breakfast were great and the two pools and pool bars were good. A detraction from the rooftop pool, Session’s bar & Brellas, was there was very little shade and a proper roof over the pool bar is definitely required. I felt sorry for the fantastic staff that had to work in the heat with no shade for hours on end. Now to a controversial comment. Being located next door to the Y Sports Bar should have been a subtle hint to me, but I thought I would try somewhere new. I found many of the other guests (Not all!) to be a bit bogan (maybe a lot) which prevented me from being able to enjoy the pool facilities due to their drunken, boisterous nature. If this is your thing then it's the place for you, and obviously the Hotel has no control over who makes a booking. Maybe I came at the wrong time, but unfortunately this experience alone has put me off wanting to stay here again.

Lovely hotel in all ways. Whit an amazing roof top pool area, overlooking both the ocean and the mountains. Also very friendly staff and nice room, so it felt like good value for money. We will definitely come back one day. And I loved that there was two pools, one on ground level for all ages and one on the rooftop for only adults. Big plus!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel when we go to Bali from the Uk. Reception staff are friendly, room is clean and tidy. The housekeepers will clean the room every day if you would like them too, However if you dont want your room cleaned they will still leave extra toilet roll and fresh bottles of water at your room. Lovely little location right by the beach and is very good value for money.

Felt slightly isolated where room was situated. A long walk from entrance area. At night it was not lit enough for safety issues. Nearly fell over from missing step in dark.

Overall the Hotel was great especially the staff who would go above AND beyond for you. Rooms.werr cleaned daily or when asked. Yes the older part needs an upgrade but that's a minor thing the towels could diffinitly do with an up grade as well beds are hell comfy we had one of the older rooms with no major issue other than the shower pressure very low and no bed side lights or switch to turn of the main light which was a pain as hitting the edge of the bed was not fun lol but look over great place great location and the pool on the roof top is great and relaxing with a great view.

I was completely happy with this location. The staff and facilities made for an ideal stay
