The villa is big and spacious for 6 of us. The pool size is great and is not too deep. Their daily breakfast is awesome especially the fried rice and fried noodles. Their staffs is polite and able to to help us in anyway possible. They have transport to nearby restaurants which is great for us. Will definitely come back again if i visit Bali.

非常喜歡這個Villa，如果下次來不想換別的區域會再次入住。員工都很nice，也非常勤勞。早餐是提前點餐，在Villa的廚房現場製作。有好多種選擇，每天可以不重樣。 酒店是鬧中取靜，步行不到十分鐘就是水明漾中心，酒吧餐廳超市很多。 衹要是去水明漾地區，酒店有免費車可以送達。 酒店的餐費和massage價格很合理，我們大部分都是在酒店消費。

These villas a fabulous , very clean and spacious for a family of 5, we had the 2 bed villa. Pool nice size for us with 1 child but may need 3 bed villa if you had older children which have larger pools. Great choice of breakfast cooked by your own chef. Cleaners and pool staff are very discrete you hardly know they are there . They have a mini bus that takes you anywhere in semyinak , which we used often to go out, but not to return as plenty of taxis about. But the best asset these villas have is the staff, the reception staff are unbelievable , Minnie and her staff are just so friendly , so helpful and professional .

Our stay at Chandra Bali was truly delightful. We opted for a 2-bedroom Villa, which provided ample space and comfort for our family, particularly enjoyed by the kids who loved the pool and the overall facilities. Pros: • Well-Maintained Property: Chandra Bali boasts a meticulously maintained environment, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for guests. • Exceptional Staff: The staff members were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making our experience truly memorable. • Amazing Breakfast: The included breakfast was not only delicious but also elegantly presented. The chef's expertise and attention to our preferences made each meal a delight. • Convenient Location: Situated just a 10-minute walk from the beach, as well as being close to main restaurants and shops, Chandra Bali offers easy access to various attractions, enhancing the overall convenience of our stay. • Kid-Friendly Amenities: The provision of pool floats was a thoughtful touch that enhanced the kids' enjoyment of the pool area. Cons: • Mosquito Coil Odour: As someone with a breathing issue, I found the scent of the mosquito coil used in the evenings to be overwhelming and suffocating. This could potentially pose discomfort for individuals sensitive to strong odours. • Narrow Access Lanes: Accessing the property through narrow lanes could be challenging at times, though Chandra Bali mitigates this by offering complimentary drop-offs to nearby locations. • Slippery Tiles: The tiles in the living and dining areas near the pool could be slippery, posing a potential safety hazard when transitioning from the pool area. Pro Tip: It's advisable to use the provided mineral water for brushing or washing due to concerns about water quality.

Location is very good everything is close to Villa. Pool was big enough but overall wasn’t clean as 5 star private villa. I’ve spoke to manager about all the things they need to improve.

We stayed in Villa 9 at Chandra Villas which was a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool. Each bedroom has its own outdoor bathroom. Our chef Kadek who made us breakfast every morning spoilt us with our food and service. The staff organised anything we wanted from meals being delivered, transport, massages, Yoga, and even horse riding along the beach. The staff serviced the villas daily. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The villa was beautiful and within walking distance to the shops and beach.

We booked Chandra Villas as we had read great reviews online. It absolutely was as good as the reviews! We arranged our airport pickup through Chandra and were warmly welcomed right from the start. All the staff were outstanding, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We rented a 3 bedroom private pool villa for 2 adults and 4 children and it was perfect. The room sizes were very generous and each room had its own ensuite. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! Everyone had good privacy but could all come together in the large open plan lounge, family and kitchen area and to sunbathe and play together in the pool. The outdoor area was larger than we expected and the pool with ideal for 6 people - even long enough for the adults to swim laps! Each day the staff arranged to come in and clean the gardens and pool, put out mosquito coils, make the beds and tidy the bathrooms but they did it so well we hardly noticed they were there. Our breakfasts were really well prepared every morning by our chef and there was a great range of options to choose from. All the facilities worked perfectly and the air con was spot on (it was 32 degrees each day we were there). In terms of location, it was as described - about 500m to the nearest beach and about the same to Eat Street in Seminyak. We either walked or took Gojek's to each location which was super easy. The Chandra also offers a free drop-off service around Seminyak so we used this to go slightly further on our explorations. The lovely ladies on Reception helped us book trips and shuttles to other locations like Legian, Kuta and Nusa Dua. Chandra is located in a precinct that has a whole lot of other villa complexes in it too so it felt safe. There was a handy Circle K (convenience store), a coffee shop and some local spa / nail / hair salon options within a 5 minute walk too.

We spent 5 nights at Chandra, villa 8, with my family. This place is situated a short walk from the main road. The villa we had was great and very comfy with a large sitting-room, a big garden and three big bedrooms. The villa is also well equipped with a good sound system and a TV room (that we did not use at all), sunbeds around the pool and a balinese bed and a cool water mattress. Everything is decorated with taste. A part of the furniture in two of the bedrooms needed to be renewed, though, as well as the wood deck around the pool. It was still ok, though. They knew it and had planned to do it (I had a glimpse at another villa a morning when they were cleaning it for new clients and I saw that this one had everything brand new. I have no doubt it will soon be the case for villa 8 which is the biggest one). You really feel at home in this place. But, above all, the master word here is service. You’re not up from bed that the gardeners are sweeping the leaves on the lawn and other staff members arranging the sunbeds and checking the pool. Breakfast comes at the time you have asked for the day before with the food you have ordered on the menu and they prepare your hot drinks in the villa. Everything is perfectly clean. There were not the chef services (for dinner) available at the time we came as, due to covid lockdown, it hasn’t been yet organised again. However, you could order from a large choice of restaurants and make it deliver at your villa. You just had to phone the reception and they dealt with it. It was quite convenient and we used this service 3 or 4 times. There’s a shuttle service to get to town. And, as the place is guarded at night, when you come back with your taxi and that it is rainning, it is comforting to find someone who waits for you with umbrellas to go from the taxi to your villa. The other available services are: the in-villa massages (a part of my family did it twice) and yoga lessons. You can even have your nails done there as some of the beauty salons downtown can send someone at your villa. Of course, they can book for you your restaurants (we did it several times) and even a boat trip. All the staff is so friendly and dynamic. And they are led by an incredible woman, who makes all that possible: Minnie. She’s a great professional! Overall, we had a lovely stay there, probably the best during our trip in Bali, even if we did not really like Seminyak in itself. But that is not the fault of our host!
