Bad service experience and not even got a chance to spend a night there since they have bad coordination with the OTA. Booked and paid the rooms for two nights. Just a day before, they cancelled our book! Annoying! All of our plans for the trips had to be changed and ESPECIALLY WE HAD TO CANCEL THE DIVES that I have been waiting for months! NEXT, always UPDATE your room availabilities and COORDINATE well with the OTAs so it won’t cost any other costumers with BAD SERVICE experience. 👎

Good for a few nights' stay. Close to beach and convenience stores. Room facilities were so so... bathroom was run down, shower head not functioning properly...had to call for service to repair it. Otherwise it was good value for money.

Arya Amed Beach Resort was great value for money with villa style properties in well maintained gardens that are full of wildlife. The hotel is at the bottom of Mount Saraja which creates a beautiful backdrop and has a gated access to the beach on the other side. The hotel is quiet and has a very relaxed a**osphere, the staff are friendly, helpful, and always happy to have a chat. We would go back and highly recommend it. A minor negative, we needed a rollaway bed for our son, this turned out to be a single mattress on the floor which was okay but a little less than expected.

The property is beautiful on the rocky beaches that are throughout the area. Staff is great. If you need wifi - 3mbs is best you will get and that is if you get it. I used my mobile internet to do work. The pool has so much chlorine (or something) in it that while it is clean, the water stings the eyes. Use goggles. They rent beat up scooters for 60k - which is fine. You will want a scooter - otherwise a 30 minute walk to most eating spots. Potential is amazing - but tourism has to pick up and the hotel has to invest in their infrastructure. At $25 a night, good deal. There are many $25 deals.

Have stayed here before. This used to be a 4 Star hotel but unfortunately, without a Manager, it barely achieves 3 Stars. The location is great, the setting is spacious and green but it desperately needs a major renovation. Many of the walls, external and some of the internal bathroom walls are covered in black mould. Many of the outdoor light fittings need replacement. And the menu needs some more variety, especially at breakfast. The phones in the room don’t work. It’s hard to recommend this hotel. The staff are wonderful, but desperately lack leadership. The prices are reasonable.

We just had an amazing lunch here. Were just walking past and invited to have a swim as well. The staff so nice and helpful. Highly recommend for lunch or even a stay. A special thank you to Wayan, Iluh & Ibu Wayan at reception today who helped us with our needs and wants.
