カルマ・ロイヤル・サヌール(Karma Royal Sanur Hotel)

Location is awesome that it is close to many scuba dive shops etc. Nice walking distance to the beach even though the hotel offers courtesy drop-0ff. Dinning experience was valued nicely. Staff were pleasant and Amazing. The hotel invited members to a Free Sunday Buffet. The Late-Night racing on the main road can be heard which can be disturbing to very light sleepers. I am still likely to vacation here again. Thank you!

Very tired hotel with shabbiness evident everywhere. Very noisy with the major J Ngurah bypass right next to the property. I struggle to understand previous reviews based on my own experience. The bypass is intimidating and scary and has to be crossed to get to the beach which is 2 KM away. This hotel in nowhere near the beach. Have you seen the driving, scooters, cars, and lorries in Bali?! And the associated pollution of exhaust fumes 24/7! Yes, very polite and helpful staff. The restaurant has a very limited menu and would not be enough to not seek other restaurants, which are 10 minutes or more away, bearing in mind the awful bypass that has to be crossed each time. Ultimately by 2nd day of 7, we elected to move to another hotel near the beach, as our restful break was anything but. The hotel we have come to is more typical of what any normal tourist would expect.

We have stayed here for 1 weeks with RCI. Rooms were very clean, staff were also very helpful. They are cleaning rooms, changing bed linens everyday. Reception answers and help all questions that you have and they were also very helpful. We didn't tried any lunch or dinner but, for bar they have happy hour between 17.00-18.00, you can get 1+1 cocktail for 80-100k Rp. Pool can be a bit larger but it is enough for chilling. Only thing that I didn't like is that the location of the hotel is directly on the main street. That means you will hear lots of loud motorbike voices from the street. Unfortunately there is no solution for this problem. As a final word, I would recommend here for my friends. Most probably I would also prefer to stay here again.

It is a nice small property by the main road. There is very little open space and wahtever little space available is taken up by the swimming pool and hence there is practically no space to walk around. The rooms are well appointed and top class. The reception had knowledgeable and friendly staff. The reception staff named Sylvia was exceptionally good. The food available in the restaurant was really good. they could tweak the food to suit our palates and that was really nice. Being close to the main road, buses could accessed easily for local transport; however, we struck to the taxis arranged by the hotel.

Karma royal Sanur is on main road but it's more inside so its quite and perfect relaxing place. Friendly and very helpful staff. Manger Riyan Rasseedeen was very helpful., he arrange everything for us . Unfortunately we didn't meet him as he was away when we reach there.Receptionist lady Siti was friendly and helpful. Good location. There are so many super markets, cloth shops are 15min walking distance. Beach about 30min away.

The facility is a nice, cozy resort. The best is the privacy and the proximity to all places - markets, beach. A special mention to the staff there - Siti and Rahwi. Great Hospitality and guiding us to do the " Not-to-miss stuff in Bali. Thank you for your hospitality. Also thanks to Riyan ! Scintillating and great memories created for us. Sudarshan

Many things are granted ,like functioning of gym ,tv,door locks etc ...it was not so in the resort ....when you are on holidays,one does not expect the stress of chasing on basic amenities ...which stil lcould not be fixed

Il personale, molto disponibile, e ti aiutano molto ad organizzare la tua vacanza. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio di accompagnamento con autista alle escursioni, direi ottimo, anche in questo caso, hanno fatto di tutto per poter accontentare le nostre richieste sia per gli itinerari, sia per ciò che ci interessava vedere, unica pecca, non siamo riusciti ad avere una guida in lingua Italiana. Per quanto riguarda i servizi offerti, tutto ottimo, ad esclusione della colazione (le brioche erano vecchie e dure) e la Wi-Fi che andava ad alternanza. Il servizio ristorazione, è nella norma.

這是我們第一次使用RBBC優惠,事實證明我們玩的很開心（真是身心放鬆啊!）。我們一直想要一個放鬆自己的假期,什麼也不用做,這個願望終於實現了!這兒的工作人員超棒,他們很快就瞭解了不同的顧客的喜好,沒用多久,他們就知道我們喜歡待在房間裏和陽台上,而且他們非常尊重我們的私隱。我覺得我們的房間最棒——房間在一樓,離馬路很遠,帶陽台,可以欣賞到美麗的泳池。 就像其他人所説的那樣,剛到酒店的時候會有些驚訝,因為酒店在主路上（不過我們看過別人的評論,已經有所準備了）。樓梯特別陡,不過員工的熱情讓你很快就忘記這些了。 我不確定酒店是否會提供吹風機和浴帽,事實證明,酒店確實提供這些東西,還挺不錯的。洗浴用品還可以,但不算很好。房間裏有一些炊具。我們喜歡這個迷你廚房,裏面有微波爐、烤麪包機、水壺,冰箱裏有很多空間可以放你喜歡的東西。第一天的時候我們乘班車去哈迪斯,帶回來一些麥片和牛奶,這樣我們就可以在房間裏用早餐了。 廚房給我們的印象很深刻,因為廚房好乾凈。上次我們在峇里島玩的時候,我因為吃壞了東西而生病!而這兒的食物一點問題也沒有,非常新鮮、美味。雖然蔬菜的種類不是很多,但每頓飯都不一樣。早餐也很棒（我們不想吃太熱的飯,所以我們總是在房間裏面吃）。員工很棒。有很多種飲料。喜歡岸上酒店酒吧!我們房間裏有飲水機。幾天後,發現漏水,所以讓人來換台新的飲水機。 水療很棒,當然,按酒店的標準收費（峇里島上的酒店收費標準和澳大利亞的不一樣!）。雖然風格有些復古,但氛圍很棒。我也去了價錢很便宜的地方,但無論從氛圍、衞生、專業角度來講,都比不上這裏。 我們剛來這裏的時候經常乘坐班車去哈迪斯和沙灘玩,後來,我們喜歡走着去,步行大約30分鐘就到了（你可以走些小路,不一定沿着高速路走）。酒店也靠近峇里島的其他景點——有便宜的出租車到達那些景點。 泳池相當小,但通常情況下都是我們在使用泳池,有時會有另外一對夫妻和我們共用。坐在室外曬太陽真的好棒（雖然我們也非常喜歡我們的陽台!）。 這個地方還有一些其他的優點: -每個房間的風格都不一樣。 -陽台很棒-很高興我們要求住帶有陽台的房間。喜歡坐在陽台上看外面的泳池。 -有很多電視頻道可以選擇。 -衣櫃裏可以放很多衣服。 -食物美味-送餐到房間很棒,餐廳的飯菜有些貴。 -你可以使用多個設備連接這裏的免費無線網。我們離前台較近,所以信號不錯（偶爾網速有些慢,但總的來講,查收郵件,看看地圖什麼的都沒有影響） 酒店需要改善的地方: -浴室裏的排水通道排水不通暢。洗澡的時候,腳下會積水。洗完澡後水也不能完全排走。 -門太薄了。隔壁的人在廚房裡的時候,我們什麼聲音都可以聽到——聽到他們關廚門的聲音,聽到他們的講話聲,甚至可以聽到他們的打嗝聲! -標簽上的價格不包含21%的政府税或服務費（這種情況在峇里島是不常見的,所以你就要付款額外的費用了） -沒有“免打擾”的牌子,這本不是件大事,他們知道我們是不喜歡被打擾的!
