We went to this hotel to have lunch before our light hike around this area. The service was excellent. The waiter, Mehmet, did a wonderful job. We love how he interacts with the guests and he pays attention to the details. The food was tasty and lovely. Would definitely recommend to stop by here for a bite.

Wonderful location and very good restaurant with ok service, good beds BUT how to justify the prices when the room we had - and apparently most others - had barely any space (no closet) to store clothing. Even worse the bathroom was so badly designed that the shower inundated half of the room because the shower head was impossible to adjust and the curtain 5 inches too short. Needed most towels to sop up the water which did not go into the drain and that in supposedly perfect Switzerland even providing danger of slipping badly.

The terrace of the hotel is a must-do pit stop if visiting on a sunny day. Even though Solothurn was covered in mist and fog, the sun shone beautifully on Weissenstein. The foam on their cappuccino wqs also absolutely amazing and their meals on neighbouring tables, especially their selection of cheeses and cold cuts, looked temptingly delicious.

Enjoy their bold color schemes; very youthful feeling. Gal on reception was great. Everything was exceptionally clean. Great buffet breakfast. We enjoyed the PINCH small restaurant across the street as we arrived late and it was close by. Lovely Canadian/Swiss waitress, blond--very accommodating as their menu didn't have English.

Schönes Hotel auf der Jurakette oberhalb von Solothurn. (Jura-Höhenweg) Herzlicher Empfang und das Servicepersonal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind eher klein aber es hat alles was man benötigt. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön renoviertes und gepflegtes Hotel, sehr saubere und gemütliche Hotelzimmer. Freundlicher Empfang, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, aufmerksamer und flexibler Service, tolles Essen, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top, überall kleine Aufmerksamkeiten für die Gäste (Früchteauswahl / Bonbons bei der Reception, genügend Wasser auf dem Zimmer, Schuhreinigungsmaschine, etc.), „Hundeservice“ herzerwärmend (u.a. Liegedecke / Willkommensfutter auf dem Zimmer, jeweils Wasser am Tisch, etc.), atemberaubende Aussicht und schönes Wandergebiet. Wir kommen wieder!
