バンボーの送迎があるホテル

I visit the hotel for one night during my Test & Go. I do not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel. Reception stuff unfriendly and incompetent. Specially the two girl on the front desk.. My stay was 18.12.2021 to 19.12.2021. You also to able to leave the hotel on the same day. I am arrived at 4pm but the pcr test was made at 8pm so I needed to wait till 8am on the next day. To use WiFi with an apple product seems IPhone or Mac book they need to read out your private IP address and share it in an line (messenger) group to approve.. absolutely no go !!! The guys (concierge) wo help me with my luggage they are friendly and helpful. I do not recommend to anyone to stay there in case you are positive with covid and you need to do quarantine you will set up an robe on the next day. The hygiene was worst as well. See pictures. And they call them as a luxury hotel… but they acting like a dormitory at least..

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aurora Suavarnabhumi Hotel. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They always helped us get taxis, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay.

ห้องกว้าง แบ่งเป็นห้องนอน ห้องรับแขก กว้างทั้ง 2 ห้อง มีแอร์ให้ทั้ง 2 ห้อง มีอ่างอาบน้ำให้แช่น้ำอุ่นสบายๆ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ ปั๊กไฟพร้อมให้ใช้งานในหลายจุดในห้อง สระว่ายน้ำสวยมาก จองเพราะเห็นสระว่ายน้ำสวย ห้องพักสะอาด พนักงานบริการดีเอาใจใส่ลูกค้าพูดจาสุภาพให้คำแนะนำดี บริเวรโรงแรมใกล้ร้านค้าสะดวกซื้อ 3 ร้าน ตลาด ร้านกาแฟ ร้านเสริมสวย หาอะไรทานได้ง่าย

I stayed here because it's close to my office. As a business traveler, this hotel is acceptable. The way to get to the hotel is full of tall glasses and it's quite dark at night, but my colleague dropped me by car so it's fine. If you want to use coin laundry, you need to walk around 10 minutes. On the back side of Top (small supermarket), there's a coin laundry named ”Otteri”. 10 minutes was not long for me, but my clothes were heavy, so I needed some power to bring them there.

サービスはとても良く、フロントデスクは簡単な中国語を話します、とても良いです。 部屋もとてもきれいでしたが、ドアは防音すぎず、遅く帰ってきたゲストの声がはっきりと聞こえ、眠れませんでした。

ホテルはきれいです。バスルームは新しく修理されました。必要な冷蔵庫、エアコン、バルコニー、快適なベッド、テレビ、お茶、風....おいしい、ベジタリアンメニュー、フルーツ、コーヒー、紅茶、砂糖...人事に注意し、迅速に対応します。このホテルを友達に勧めたいと思います。
