Grand Mercure Bangalore is tucked in a beautiful location, Koramangala offering a great amalgamation of leisure and business hotels. Stayed in this property for two nights with family - my heart goes out to the entire team of the hotel but specifically who stood out are, Ms. Akansha and Mr. Mohnish from the Front Office department, Mr. Rahul from the Housekeeping department (he prepared the guestroom beautifully with his tower art), Mr. Sujith from the in-room dining time and lastly Chef Vikas and his tremendous team of culinary and food & beverage together. Thank you to all and looking forward to staying again soon!

So me and my bae went to the tattva spa for a quick session but ended up taking 120 mins as the massage was so good and relaxing.The deals and price is great ,ambience is good ,worth every penny spent .thanks to all the ladies they all were friendly and very warm and welcoming will be coming back again.peace

Nice hotel with very friendly staff who looked after me very well. The food in the restaurant the veranda was excellent. I used the gym which was well equipped and the swimming pool is a good size. I'd visit again and recommend it to a friend for sure.

Our 2 day stay at the Grand Mercure Bangalore has been a spectacular experience with amazing service, spotless premises, spacious and well kept rooms well stocked and fully equipped.. The restaurant is also quite amazing. We tried Indian, Chinese and Italian and each form of cuisine was cooked to perfection. A special shout out to Mr Arpeet for his hospitality and impeccable service. Would strongly recommend this place !!!

One of the best spa experience that I've had in Bangalore. They've got everything right. The ambiance, the amenities, the therapist are all top class. I had opted for the Tattva Signature massage 90 mins. First have to compliment the expert who designed this massage and Durki the therapist for executing it so well. Her petite size is an advantage actually. So overall a very rewarding experience. Looking forward for my next visit...

It was a good experience! Housekeeping was clean. The food was a bit costly but taste was good Buffet could have been better! There check in experience was smooth, but they check our bags every time we enter the premises, that’s kinda annoying tbh!

Had a great time in grand mercury koramangla Mr Praduman helped me every step of the check in and upgrade of my membership and price wise also 😀..... and Ms. Tulika helped me in checking out and some warm send off and a sweet departing gift ....

The staff here are excellent! They are polite and helpful. Emmanuel even remember my name because I was here last year. The buffet breakfast is great especially the fresh fruit and café latte. Swimming pool is clean and big enough. The security of the hotel is good.

We have been using the services of Hotel Mercure managed by Mr. Mohnish. I have referred this hotel to a couple of my friends and relatives, and they have given me positive feedback. They enjoyed the exceptional service and overall hospitality. It's well-managed. I am grateful for the positive experience they had and would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Everything was according to standard and more. From room conditions to customer service everything was A1 from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. And the customer service, especially by Avinesh, was spectacular and heartwarming

The room is clean & cozy. Old but gold. The dining room with tasty breakfast and employee is helpful alot. The receptionist is very kind, helpful. He helped me book cab via uber everymorning for whole week. Thank you mr Praduman. Good bye and see you next time.
