The room was a converted apar**ent. Could be good if you have more than 1 bedroom for a big family or group. For 2 people, they provided a kitchen, and living room, and the bedroom was so small and we didn't need a living room and kitchen for sleeping one night.

We had booked a room for my family. It was for the four of us. Two adults and Two Children aged 6 and 10. We had booked a two bedroom Suite as they call it. We were very shocked to first notice that the Two bedroom Suite had one only one Restroom which was common for both the Rooms. What is the point in booking 2 rooms when u get only One restroom. The kitchen is practically useless since they don’t have anything there except a kettle. And for 2 Bedrokm suite they only provided 2 bottles of Half a litre mineral water. We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned by Housekeeing. When we came back after a long day in the night they told us that Housekeeping will be done only if we tell them. We paid 5k for the 1st night and 9k for the second night. It was a big blunder. No customer service at all. The ***ager insisted that they had an incident before with housekeeping and as per his words they follow a policy which is done worldwide ( Housekeeing will be done only if asked by the guest ). I told him nowhere they do like that. They do not do only if we tell them not to do. So surprising the answers. To tell u the fact there are about 20 properties in the same road. These guys charge a hefty premium over the others and that got us fooled into thinking this was a better property. We then picked another property and booked 2 rooms itself for a total of 3k only with 2 toilets. Don’t recommend anyone to stay here at all.

This was perfect while waiting for a flight the next day at the airport. The room was more than what I required...it had plenty of space for one person, and it was clean. Also the night time staff person was extremely nice and helpful!

The room was run down and not clean. Stained faucets, handles. Poor quality construction and materials show.

The rooftop restaurant is nice but has a limited offering. Cable TV subscription had expired so we didn’t have much for entertainment. Lacks a gym.

We booked this place as it was close to airport. Stayed here in January 2022 & February 2022! The stay was pleasant. The place is clean , tidy and perfect for couple of days stay. Good food too. Breakfast and Dinner were good. Room service is extremely nice.

Booked for 2 days , the room they alloted was bad , requested for room change, they said the room fully occupied but for sure next day they ll give us different room but they failed as they promised, and also no WiFi , and requested for towel change and also no response . Worst customer service.
