このホテルで素晴らしい2泊を過ごし、大変感銘を受けました。内装は地元の潮汕文化と歴史を美しく取り入れており、一般的なビジネスホテルとは一線を画す独特の雰囲気を醸し出しています。設備は手入れが行き届いており、客室は清潔そのもので、心地よい香りが漂い、すぐにリラックスできます。スタッフは常に親切で温かく、押し付けがましいところは一切なく、提供される付加価値サービスの幅広さには驚かされました。食事は特筆に値します。ビュッフェ形式ではありませんが、メニューは種類豊富でボリュームたっぷり、そして味も絶妙なバランスで、まさに素晴らしいの一言です。最初から最後まで、本当に満足のいく滞在でした。汕頭を訪れる方にはぜひお勧めします。このホテルは、活気あふれるこの街の魅力を余すことなく満喫できる最高の拠点となるでしょう。

We visited the place in a low season so not sure how different the experience would be if the island and the hotel would be full of visitors. The hotel is managed properly and it is well maintained and kept clean. The facilities are well organized and fixtures and decoration well planned and if high standard. Parking is not with high capacity but properly designed for safety and charging points are available for EV cars. Accessibility to some rooms through the dinning area is a bit awkward and the same rooms may have poor privacy with their windows next to the pool/garden area. We stayed in a two bedrooms pool family room - well appointed with good design. View from the room and the external veranda was stunning, while privacy even on the covered pool balcony is secured. Fixtures and amenities of high standard. Room service was limited to few western dishes but overall good enough to be available! Very happy to have selection of pour over coffee! Breakfast was ok - can be improved in terms of quality & standard - no needed extra variety. Overall happily with the stay - price was on the high side.

階下に降りた時はちょっとがっかりしましたが、一歩足を踏み入れると、驚くほど心安らぐ、心地よい空間でした。侘び寂びの雰囲気で、オーナーがデザインにこだわっているのが伝わってきました。階下のショップでいただいた朝食も美味しかったです😋。バトラーサービスも素晴らしかったです。質問にも全て答えてくれて、素敵なレストランもいくつか教えてくれました。

ホテルは新開発地区にあり、中心部からは離れていますが、車での移動に最適です。交通量も少なく、駐車も簡単です。駐車場にはEV充電ステーションが多数あり、電気自動車ユーザーには非常に便利です。 ホテルは新しく、設備も充実しています。ファミリースイートは広々としていて、遮るもののない景色が広がっています。海と博物館が見えます。 200メートル以内にショッピングモールがあり、素敵なレストランがたくさんあります。 サービスは迅速で、どんなリクエストにも応えてくれます！ 市内の老舗五つ星ホテルと比較すると、私はこの新しく、より快適で、サービスの行き届いたホテルを断然お勧めします！次回もまた利用します！

このスイートは高層階に位置し、内海のより美しい景色を望めます。部屋のデザインは温かみのあるシンプルなもので、料金も通常の部屋とそれほど変わらないため、大変お得です。無料駐車場、パノラマビューを楽しめる高層階レストラン、そして至る所に便利なスマートテクノロジーが備わっています。ベッドの両側に複数の充電ポートがあるのは、気の利いた配慮です。スマートトイレは通常の部屋のものよりもはるかに賢く、使いやすいです。全体的に見て、このスイートは良い選択です。しかし、宣伝されている内海の270°の眺望にはがっかりしました…どうやって270°を実現しているのか理解できません。また、ホテルが宿泊客に5つ星のレビューを投稿するよう促すやり方にもがっかりしました。今後はこのようなことは避けて、ホテルが優れたサービス評判を築くことに注力してくれることを願っています。

I stayed at UrCove by HYATT first time in Nanjing in June 2025. I was very satisfied. This time, I also chose UrCove for my travel in Shantou. The room is very clean as usual, breakfast also good and delicious. Further, staff here is very helpful. I had problem booking bus from Shantou to Chaozhou, and female staff (her name is Kiki) helps me so I can travel to Chaozhou as planned. And she also teaches me a lot how to use Weixin to book by myself if I want to book in the future. The day I go back to Guangzhou, Miss Kiki also helps me to book Didi in advance, so that i can be assured that I will not miss my train back to Guangzhou. If I come to China again, UrCove will be my first choice to stay and relax. 这里的 Staff 服务态度非常好，特别是 Miss Kiki. 我有什么问题，她都可以帮我解决。她不但帮我订了去潮州的车， 还帮我预先订 Didi. 托她的福，汕头和潮州的旅游很顺利。非常感谢她。

Front desk and hotel manager, bell boy are all very nice and friendly. Facilities are all very good standard, everything is good . Until morning breakfast the woman in charge of the restaurant, said something which not really understand what she said, then started abusing me and told me to hurry and order breakfast to chose the choices of bread, but could not understand what she said. Then she brought little tray of food which look terrible. Her abusing and screaming at me because I couldn't understand what she said and ruin my holiday and lost my appetite for eating, and really upset me. So I immediately cancel my booking for the day. Was intending to stay few more days in this little city to watch the Ying Ge Wu dance, But she ruined it all. First time in my life experience such horrible rude and abusing of guest staying in a hotel. What a horror shocking experience. Riding around to look for restaurant to eat the night before, but everything looked not too hygiene or very dirty I end up buying instant noodles for dinner. A little town look like still not yet developed like 50 years ago China.
