ゲゲストExcellent location and everything you need on your doorstep. Go to hyperdino next door for cheap food and drinks.
Hotel has everything needed and apartments are a good size. Fast service at bar for food and drinks.
Animation team friendly and attentive especially Raquel
Reception and check in very fast. Raquel if Reception was great.
No frills but we had the best time the outside as you walk up is deceiving so wait until you see inside.

DDad cookeHave been to Tenerife on several trips and I wish I had discovered Sunset Harbour on my first visit as I wouldn't have stayed anywhere else.
Great staff all over the complex, reception,pool,cleaning,bar and restaurant, nothing too much trouble.
We really enjoyed our New Year stay.

ゲゲストБольшой, уютный отель, но достаточно старый. Для меня это 3* отель, никак не 4. Очень приятный персонал, welcome drink сразу же при заезде, к стафу нет претензий совершенно. Очень маленькая парковка, нужно бронировать место заранее, 10 евро в сутки. На 9, 10 и А этаже номера «привилегий», но по сути ничем не отличаются от остальных. Была разве что кофемашина и огромная кровать. Вид с балкона на город чудесный, но ночью очень шумно.
В тренажерке нет гантелей, хотя куча другого инвентаря, что странно.

ゲゲストA nice place to stay. Staff were super friendly. The pool area is exceptional and the pool water was a nice temperature. The rooms are a little dated and could do with updating but overall a nice stay.

CChristinewanWe stayed at GF Isabel in an apartment and overall had a really nice stay.
The location is great – easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach, which made everything very convenient. The hotel has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere, and there were activities and entertainment for kids, which my daughter really enjoyed.
The evening shows were actually really good – much better than we expected – and it was nice to have something to do after dinner without needing to go out.
The apartment itself was a good size and practical for a family, although the decor is a little dated in places. That said, everything was clean and worked well.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After we checked out, we realised we had left a water bottle behind. When we went back to ask, one of the ladies at the hotel was really kind and helped us find it and return it to us, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a great choice for families and we would happily stay here again.

IIsobel大きくて広とした素敵なホテル。朝食は本当に美味しく、とてもきれいです。スタッフは私の誕生日にフィズ、スイーツ、ナッツを提供してくれました。これは素敵な驚きでした。雰囲気も夜もエンターテイメントもありません。近くにたくさんのバーやレストランがあるとても良い場所。再び予約します。

HHui LanThe resort is in need of a revamp. The poolside and beaches is good but the rooms are old and the furniture looks dated and worn out . The apartment size is big though, and equipped with utensils, pots , microwave , kettle etc . I knew it was quite old but I hadn’t realised it was that old. Breakfast is adequate

ホテルは、ビーチ、パーティーエリア、サイアムパーク&モールまで徒歩圏内という好立地にあります。
部屋は十分に広く快適で、優れた清掃サービスがありました。
私は他の場所で場所が騒しかったことを読みましたが、これは窓に面した3階ではまったくそうではありませんでした(ビーチの隣のパーティーエリアは非常に忙しかった間)。
全体的に、素晴らしい経験、間違いなくお勧めです。

We had a big apartment with a nice terrace and the breakfast buffet is also good

ゲゲストThis hotel is no where near as bad as people make it out to be. You get what you pay for. Me and my bf used the hotel as a base to explore. Yes the room was basic but it had beds, blankets, towels, a kitchen area, balcony and shower room. No issues with any of these.
The hotel is on a hill so be prepared for your calves to burn after the first day. Especially if you are heading out the hotel to adventure. Taxis are only like €5 from the main area to the hotel. We used this twice but the rest of the time we have walked up the hills.
Will I stay again … yes! I would use this hotel as the perfect base for my next trip to Tenerife
