Absolutely perfect place. The hotel was spotless. We’ve never stayed at a hotel where it is managed and run so well. Staff and facilities are superb. We stayed in a number of golf resorts prior to Grand Hyatt La manga, Grand Hyatt was by far the best. We will definitely be back !

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is very tight and entry access is particularly difficult but it’s doable. The hotel did charge 10 euros for parking which I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was decent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a gluten-free section 👍 But the coffee machine wasn’t working so the only hot drinks were from an express machine which wasn’t great. Location was good and we got a taxi into Murcia centre for 9euros. Decent hotel to use as a base for exploring the area.

We stayed overnight to go to see a concert at the Bullring. This was the perfect location to stay. A 13 minute gentle walk to the venue. But best of all our sleep was undisturbed by any noise from noisy guests in the corridors or outside on the street. The beds were so lovely and comfortable. There was a kettle in the room for a cup of tea in bed. A small, but lovely pool with free pool towels and great cava and piña coladas. 🍾🥂🍹We had a great stay and I would definitely, definitely book again for the next concert.

I was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Occidental Murcia. The hotel exceeded my expectations: the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff was also friendly and efficient. The only downside was the pool, which is small and has limited space for sunbathing. However, this did not affect my overall experience, which was excellent. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly stay again!

プールとサンテラスエリアは見事で、夏でも混雑しないように周りに十分なスペースがあります。すべてがきれいでした。 サービスはレセプションとバーとレストランエリアで素晴らしいです。唯一の欠点は、すぐ近くにバーがないことです。

Jak najbardziej udany wyjazd. Pokoje nowoczesne i czyste. Śniadania bardzo dobre, możliwy zakup obiadu i kolacji w formie bufetu w korzystnej cenie. Bardzo fajny basen i dużo leżaków na miejscu.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, modern, and offered a beautiful view. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is also perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. I will definitely be returning!
