The hotel has 109 rooms and suites, the interiors of which are inspired by the bionic environment, the equestrian traditions of the region and the subtleties of Chantilly lace . Many rooms have a view of the forest, and many have balconies or terraces. Unfortunately, there is a highway nearby, and the noise sometimes reaches the hotel. This disrupts the peaceful atmosphere. The chateau has two restaurants: L'Opera, located in the former music salon, and Le Stradivarius, which occupies the former library. The latter is quite small, and when there are many guests, it can become noisy. The restaurants offer dishes made with local ingredients, such as game, cheese from Picardy, and, of course, the famous ”à la Chantilly” cream. The cuisine is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part d’un problème rencontré lors de mon dernier séjour dans votre hôtel. J’ai l’habitude de venir régulièrement, environ tous les quinze jours, et jusqu’à présent j’ai toujours été satisfaite. Cependant, cette fois-ci, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée disposait d’un lit double composé de deux matelas séparés. Durant la nuit, les matelas se sont écartés, créant un creux important au milieu du lit. Cela a rendu la nuit très inconfortable, car nous avions constamment tendance à glisser vers cet espace. Nous avons très mal dormi et nous nous sommes réveillés avec des douleurs au dos, ce qui a fortement impacté notre séjour. Je tenais donc à vous le signaler, afin que ce problème puisse être pris en compte et évité à l’avenir, surtout pour les clients qui réservent un lit double.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et avons été très satisfaits. La chambre était très propre, et le rapport qualité/prix est correct. Rien à dire sur l’accueil ni le confort. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

The hotel is in the city center, closed to chantilly castle , and train station. Room is quite big. And nice. No lift, a bit difficult to bring the luggage up to top floor. No kettle in the room. But there is a microwave and fridge. No cutlery

We chose this place to spend the night before the plane, as the flight was early in the morning. We got there by taxi in 10 minutes. There is a microwave to warm up food if necessary. There are shops nearby, which is convenient, but we arrived late and did not have time to go) in general everything is good, although the room is small, we slept well!)

Très bon accueil, l'endroit très calme et très bien situé aussi. Je me suis rendu compte que j'avais peu d'essence et juste à coté une station. Nous avions faim et il y avait des restaurants autour. C'était très agréable notre séjour!

A nice location on the main square in Beauvais. A room overlooking the square would have been lovely. The room was clean enough and the amenities were all we needed but the decor was a bit gaudy and overall the impression was slightly drab. It was convenient for the airport with a bus service to the airport picking up just across from the hotel.
