Это прекрасный отель! Сразу к опасениям, судя по отзывам. Шумно? В сентябре шума не было. Наш номер был на этаже ресепшена, из 5 дней только 1 раз нас разбудила буйная компания. Остальное: Номер чистый, аккуратный. В номере была джакузи и свой дворик - это прекрасно. Завтраки хорошие. Вид с ресторана невероятный! Обслуживание. 100 из 100. Сервис, превосходящий ожидания! От общения до комплиментов, от ответов на вопросы до решения любого запроса - решают все так, что ты в плюсе. Спасибо огромное за отдых! Отдельное спасибо за записку с завтраком, бесконечную помощь с сейфом и улыбки 🫶

To jedno z najlepszych doświadczeń hotelowych mojego życia, a od lat pracuję w hospitality business. Lokalizacja bajeczna, upgrade do wyższej kategorii pokoju - miła niespodzianka. Obsługa przecudowna, właściwie wszyscy, ale na specjalne wyróżnienie zasługuje Pani Maria z baru na 5 piętrze - wielka klasa, uśmiech i nienarzucająca się gościnność. Trzeba było się jej posłuchać, bo pyszny club sandwich, który zamówiliśmy na lunch, faktycznie wystarczyłby dla dwojga! Zawarty w cenie valet parking to absolutna rzadkość i to mnie również bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyło. Na pewno wrócimy.

Один из лучших отелей, в котором останавливалась, сегмент luxury. Шикарный номер с большой террасой с видом на море, шикарное постельное белье, кофемашина, приветственное вино в виде комплемента от отеля. Так как отель расположен террасами на горе, то нужно иметь ввиду, что в любом случае придется немного перемещаться по лестницам, хотя в отеле и есть лифты (три уровня), также по территории можно перемещаться на электрокаре, водитель которых довозит в любую точку. Завтрак - 5* и великолепное обслуживание. Отличный пляж с баром и водными развлечениями, можно взять лодку в аренду без капитана. Так как уже несезон - цена просто шикарная для отеля такого уровня. С радостью вернулась бы еще раз

Elounda Alikes は、美しく趣のある Elounda の町の水の上にあります。客室は平均以上のサイズで、2人用のまともなバルコニーが付いています。 ACはベッドだけでなく素晴らしかった。プロパティのフルバーとレストランは素晴らしく、フレンドリーで親切なスタッフが昼夜を問わず利用できます。プールとラウンジャーは快適で楽しいです。同じ通りにいくつかのレストランがあります。広場まで徒歩10分で、レストラン、バー、タクシー乗り場、ボートツアー、スーパーマーケットがたくさんあります。

We stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon. One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it. What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen. The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked. The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort. Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas. .

Absolutely loved this resort. Comfortable rooms and beds. The meals were amazing. Lots of buffet options for breakfast and dinner. The area is lovely and the views from every area is stunning. Very helpful friendly staff. Will Definately stay again and highly recommend

The hotel is in a great location to the town and the staff were very friendly. I would not recommend the standard room as it was extremely small and felt claustrophobic, we did try to upgrade the day we got there but they were unfortunately fully booked, as a couple with two suitcases there was no room whatsoever and very limited hanging space so had to leave the suitcases open on the floor and climb over them to get around. The air con had mould growing out of it and left the room smelling awful. We were also only given two towels which are only changed once every three days, it would have been nice to get a hand towel so you aren't using the one towel for everything. This is also the case for pool towels they are only changed once every three days. I think the hotel would benefit from an overall refresh, painting etc and the pool to be cleaned more often, although the water was clear there was green mould build up around the sides as well as the white pool loungers. I would not say that our room was 4 stars but that may have been based on the bigger rooms that are available.
