とても素晴らしい
ゲゲスト朝食は大きな失望でした。プロパティは本当に素晴らしく、スタッフはフレンドリーで協力的でプロフェッショナルでした。しかし、朝食のスプレッドは非常に限られており、新鮮ではなく古めかしいようでした!mmtは朝食に別途料金を請求するため、そのような限られたビュッフェと古すぎるため、まったく価値がありませんでした。私はちょうど半分のフライドエッグとパンを食べました。それだけです。部屋で注文したコーヒーも良くありませんでした

ゲゲストThis place is must to visit for short weekend getaways from delhi ncr. The staff were polite & courteous and promptly responded to our requests. The food taste great, specially the south indian dishes & all the spread was worth a try. Basic rooms are decent (furnishing can be improved by adding wall panels or louvers. If you can pay extra then go for cottages with lawn. To sum up our stay was amazing. Thanks, to wh team.

ゲゲストLocation was a little away. No shops or anything nearby; but kasauli is a small town and resorts are generally away from the town. The hotel provided excellent valley views and a terrace with each room overlooking the valley. All necessary amenities of decent standard were available in the room which was large enough for a double room. The staff were very courteous and helpful. All of them. The food variety and taste was as expected from a hotel of the star level as lemon tree.

ゲゲストResort is beautiful and quality of service and food is quite good. My family enjoyed the stay. Excellent play area to keep kids happy. My child enjoyed the trampoline jumps. Staff is polite and helpful. Only critical issue: in-room tv set-top box was not working. This is not acceptable as t20 world cup is on-going. It could not be fixed even after repeated complaints. And watching matches on projector (without sound) in common area is not a good experience. These basic things must be resolved promptly. Another issue: springs in bed mattress would make too much noise even during small movements, disturbing sleep. Caution point: accessibility to the resort is poor. Last 1. 5km road is very narrow and mostly unpaved. Need to be cautious while planning trips particularly in monsoon season. Also, it's quite far from kasauli town (about 30min drive one side, so if multiple site seeing is planned, this resort may not be the best location to stay.

Staff was humble and welcoming
Check-in was too smooth like completely hassle free,they also provided early check-in
But They could not solve the television issue in the room,which was not connecting to youtube
We ourselve later sorted it out when they weren't able to buy it took whole day
Will recommend others too.

ゲゲストOverall experience was good, the only issue is the rate of food items in the restaurant. Our stay was for 3 nights inclusive of breakfast. We had an assumption that the restaurant menu rates will be nominal but on the sad side they very highly exaggerated. Although rest all was good...they need to consider this onto make the stay much better.
