緑豊かで澄んだ空気が特徴の、静かなクラーク地区にある素晴らしいホテルです。スタッフは皆、プロフェッショナルで丁寧、そしてあらゆる場面でゲストを満足させることに尽力しています。スイススタイルのマルクトレストランでは、美味しい朝食に加え、アラカルトメニューも昼夜問わずお楽しみいただけます。5階にあるバー付きのゆったりとしたプールも魅力の一つです。そしてもちろん、カジノも魅力の一つです。ギャンブルをしなくても、きっと楽しめるはずです。

ヒルトンクラークでの滞在はとても楽しかったです。スタッフがどれほどフレンドリーでしたかは強調できません。彼らは本当に親切で、優しくて礼儀正しいです(私の幼児の息子が怒っていますが)。 ホテル全体は非常に清潔で、香りがよく、豪華で、手入れが行き届いていました。入ると、香り、ワイン、チョコレート、バッグ、ジュエリーを販売する小さな免税店があります。レセプションは3階にあり、長いエスカレーターに乗る必要があります。小さな*****もありますが、チェックしませんでした。 ウェルカムドリンクは最高でした!本当に良かったので、主張する価値があります。その後、購入1 のハッピーアワープロモーションも利用しました。 部屋は居心地が良く、プールはとても清潔で素敵でした。 Wifiは速いです。プールの水は新鮮で、塩素の臭いがまったくないので、別の方法で維持できると思います。 Kuya救命士もとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 朝食は良いです!彼らはブラックコーヒーだけでなく、ラテとカプチーノのようなものも提供しています。ホットチョコ味の正当性!ベーコンも柔らかく、サクサクで提供されます。食べ物は良いです。 このホテルで私が一番気に入ったのは、子供たちのための設備と安全への配慮です。2-feetプールに加えて、屋外の遊び場、子供が3種類の車両を選択できる自転車用の広とした子供用エリア、ヘルメットが提供され、そして何よりも、広とした屋内子供用プレイルームがあります。代替活動エリアとして外は暑いです。子供たちが屋内遊び場で自転車や靴下に行くときは必ず靴を履いてください。 また、子供サイズのルームスリッパがあるため、子供たちのニーズに注意を払ってくれたことにも感謝しました!私たちの娘はそれについてとても幸せで、ヒルトンクラークは今彼女のお気に入りのホテルだと言いました。 全体的に、それは確かに非常に快適な滞在でした!

スタッフが皆様、礼儀正しく フレンドリー。 ホテルも新しく、清潔感があります。 最上階には、レストラン&バーと があります。 食事や飲み物をいただきながら、プールで 泳いだりもしました。 最高の景色でした。 部屋は、広いダブルベッド。 インターネットテレビも大型で、 YouTube他何でも視聴できました。 買い物や外食は、歩けば20分程。 スタッフにタクシーを呼んでもらえば すぐに来てくれます。 騒がしくなく、ゆっくりしたい方は 最高のホテルと思います。 朝食ほ、更に工夫した内容と味を 求めたいと思います。 選んで良かったホテルでした。

4月15日から16日までプライムアジアホテルに宿泊しましたが、全体的にとても快適な滞在でした。 特にありがたかったのは、チェックイン時間の柔軟性です。通常のチェックイン時間は午後4時ですが、私たちは既に周辺地域にいて、幼児連れだったため、午後2時頃に到着しました。幸いにも快く対応していただき、おかげで旅行がスムーズに進みました。 スタッフの方々は常に温かく親切でした。廊下でもエレベーターでも、いつも笑顔で迎えてくださり、滞在中ずっと快適に過ごすことができました。 ホテルの設備も素晴らしかったです。ロビーには24時間営業のカフェがあり、屋上レストランも24時間営業でとても便利でした。プールも終日利用可能で、滞在中は混雑していなかったので、母と幼児は思う存分楽しむことができました。 部屋は広々としていて、設備も整っていました。リクエストしていなかったにもかかわらず、母のためにエキストラベッドを用意してくださっていました。温かいおしぼりなど、細やかな心遣いにも感謝しています。 YouTube Premiumが利用できたのも大変ありがたかったです。子供は子供向け番組をとても楽しんでいて、おかげで飽きずに過ごせました。 朝食ビュッフェも利用しましたが、期待を裏切らない美味しさでした。特にタパスとベーコンは絶品でした。 唯一気になったのは、駐車スペースが限られていたことです。 全体的に素晴らしい滞在で、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。

We had a pleasant stay overall and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Our room on the 5th floor was comfortable, well-arranged, and provided a relaxing space after a long day. The elevator was efficient and made getting around the building very convenient. The breakfast was decent, although there is some room for improvement. I would not recommend ordering the bangus, as it did not match the photo shown and was noticeably small in portion. My partner was quite disappointed with that choice. On the bright side, I ordered the American breakfast and found it much more satisfying, both in taste and portion size. One area that could use attention is cleanliness, particularly with the bedding. I have allergy rhinitis, and I noticed that my symptoms were slightly triggered while under the blanket, which suggests that a more thorough cleaning process might be beneficial. What truly stood out during our stay was the staff. The reception team was consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. They greeted us with genuine smiles every time we passed by, which made the experience feel more personal and enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, we genuinely loved our stay.

サウナがアメニティの一つとして挙げられていたのでこのホテルを選びました。ところが、サウナ設備はなく、サウナ付きの部屋があるというだけでした。これは非常に紛らわしいです。チェックインした瞬間からがっかりしました。 新しく改装されたばかりではありますが、部屋の様々な要素が過剰設計で、使い勝手が悪いと感じました。ドアの覗き穴は高すぎて、私たち二人とも手が届きませんでした。しかもカバーが付いていませんでした（セキュリティ上のリスク）。高さは6フィート（約1.8メートル）もあったかもしれません。椅子と机は人間工学的にあまり優れておらず、テーブルは高すぎ、椅子は低すぎました。まるで大柄な人向けに設計された部屋で、私は人間界に迷い込んだホビットのようでした。テーブルのガラス天板は滑り止めのゴム足がないため、簡単に滑り落ちてしまいます。クローゼットの引き戸は重なりやすく、きちんと閉めるのが難しいです。バスルームのドアも不必要に大きかったです。バスタブの設置場所はあまり使い勝手が良くなく、高すぎるため、文字通り踏み台（ホテル側で用意されている）を使って乗る必要があります。踏み台と手すりが必要なため、事故が起こりやすいです（私たちが泊まった部屋は、高齢者や障がい者、あるいは怪我をしている人にとっても快適とは言えませんでした）。健常者であっても、踏み台で足を滑らせたら大変なことになるのではないかと感じました。バスタブの排水口は簡単に踏んでしまい、その後閉まってしまうので、少し奇妙です。 スタッフは親切でフレンドリーでしたが、サウナがアメニティに含まれるのか、ボトルウォーターは有料なのか、フロントで印刷を依頼すると有料なのか、停電時に照明がいつ点灯するのかなど、ホテルの各種ポリシーや規則、アメニティについてあまりよく理解していないようでした。停電について言えば、発電機が作動するまでに5分以上、おそらく10分ほどかかりました。もしかしたら既に電力が復旧していたのかもしれません。しかし、停電で部屋で電気がつくのを待っている間、ホテル側は宿泊客への配慮を全く示しませんでした。翌日チェックアウトした際も、そのことについて何も言われませんでした。電気が復旧した後も、誰も様子を見に来ませんでした。フロントの電話は電源がないと使えず、キーカードに記載されている番号も繋がらなかったため、自分で番号を探して電話をかけなければなりませんでした。 朝食時、レストランで唯一きちんと対応していたのは男性スタッフ一人だけでした。パイナップルジュースも粉末を使っているようでした。 でも、ベッドはとても快適で、設備はすべて新しく清潔でした。部屋も広々としていました。

とても素敵なホテルで、必要なものがすべて揃った素晴らしい部屋があります。私たちはここでの 1 泊を本当に楽しんだので、また来たいと思います。ホテルの 1 階には素敵なレストランがあります。

My family celebrated Christmas at Blue hotel and resort, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and warm, and our hotel room came with two king beds, its clean and everything we needed was provided. The pools were spotless, though as expected in December, the water was cool. Even so, my sons loved playing in them, and for larger groups, there’s another pool with a net for water activities like volleyball. The boys also enjoyed playing table tennis. They offered us buffet breakfast for four, which was a standout. Foods are great. The resort is a bit far from the city, but it’s easy to find with Waze. Since the area is remote, there are no nearby restaurants, though they do serve à la carte meals. For our Noche Buena, we drove into the city and found plenty of Korean restaurants to choose from. We noticed the road back was quite dark at night due to its distance from urban areas. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from noise, then this place if perfect for you. To top it off, the resort gave my sons Christmas gifts when we checked out, which made them so happy. We’ll definitely book again — and as always, the transaction through Trip.com was easy and smooth, never letting me down.

They were easy to approach whenever I needed assistance, which made the stay much more convenient and comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It provided a relaxing place to rest after a long day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. I also appreciated that the room had the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping and hotel staff were attentive, and any requests or concerns were handled efficiently. One of the things I appreciated most was the hotel’s convenient location in Angeles City. It was easy to get around the area, and transportation was readily available whenever needed. This made the hotel particularly convenient for business travelers, as well as guests who may have meetings, appointments, or other activities around Angeles and Clark. There are also various establishments within the surrounding area, making it easy to find dining and other necessities. The staff contributed greatly to the positive experience. They were courteous, professional, and willing to assist whenever needed. Good customer service can make a big difference during a hotel stay, and I appreciated how approachable and helpful the team was throughout my visit. The hotel also offers good value for its location and overall service. It is a practical choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and accessible place to stay in Angeles City without unnecessary complications. Overall, I had a smooth and enjoyable experience at Ritz Hotel Angeles. The combination of accommodating staff, comfortable rooms, convenient location, and easy access to transportation made the stay worthwhile.
