緑豊かで澄んだ空気が特徴の、静かなクラーク地区にある素晴らしいホテルです。スタッフは皆、プロフェッショナルで丁寧、そしてあらゆる場面でゲストを満足させることに尽力しています。スイススタイルのマルクトレストランでは、美味しい朝食に加え、アラカルトメニューも昼夜問わずお楽しみいただけます。5階にあるバー付きのゆったりとしたプールも魅力の一つです。そしてもちろん、カジノも魅力の一つです。ギャンブルをしなくても、きっと楽しめるはずです。

チェックインがたまたま私の誕生日だったのですが、それを知った受付の方がケーキやワインを用意してくださったり、ハッピーバースデーを一緒に歌ってくれたり、とても心遣いがありました！部屋はとても広くて、ベッドもとても大きくて、とても寝やすく、お風呂に入れる大きなバスタブもあり、オーディオ設備もあって、とても楽しいです。 最上階には高級バーがあり、プールには冷水プールと温水プールがあり、セクシーなダンスレディがいます。 会場は本当に美しいです！機会があればまたここに泊まります！

ヒルトンクラークでの滞在はとても楽しかったです。スタッフがどれほどフレンドリーでしたかは強調できません。彼らは本当に親切で、優しくて礼儀正しいです(私の幼児の息子が怒っていますが)。 ホテル全体は非常に清潔で、香りがよく、豪華で、手入れが行き届いていました。入ると、香り、ワイン、チョコレート、バッグ、ジュエリーを販売する小さな免税店があります。レセプションは3階にあり、長いエスカレーターに乗る必要があります。小さな*****もありますが、チェックしませんでした。 ウェルカムドリンクは最高でした!本当に良かったので、主張する価値があります。その後、購入1 のハッピーアワープロモーションも利用しました。 部屋は居心地が良く、プールはとても清潔で素敵でした。 Wifiは速いです。プールの水は新鮮で、塩素の臭いがまったくないので、別の方法で維持できると思います。 Kuya救命士もとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 朝食は良いです!彼らはブラックコーヒーだけでなく、ラテとカプチーノのようなものも提供しています。ホットチョコ味の正当性!ベーコンも柔らかく、サクサクで提供されます。食べ物は良いです。 このホテルで私が一番気に入ったのは、子供たちのための設備と安全への配慮です。2-feetプールに加えて、屋外の遊び場、子供が3種類の車両を選択できる自転車用の広とした子供用エリア、ヘルメットが提供され、そして何よりも、広とした屋内子供用プレイルームがあります。代替活動エリアとして外は暑いです。子供たちが屋内遊び場で自転車や靴下に行くときは必ず靴を履いてください。 また、子供サイズのルームスリッパがあるため、子供たちのニーズに注意を払ってくれたことにも感謝しました!私たちの娘はそれについてとても幸せで、ヒルトンクラークは今彼女のお気に入りのホテルだと言いました。 全体的に、それは確かに非常に快適な滞在でした!

スタッフが皆様、礼儀正しく フレンドリー。 ホテルも新しく、清潔感があります。 最上階には、レストラン&バーと があります。 食事や飲み物をいただきながら、プールで 泳いだりもしました。 最高の景色でした。 部屋は、広いダブルベッド。 インターネットテレビも大型で、 YouTube他何でも視聴できました。 買い物や外食は、歩けば20分程。 スタッフにタクシーを呼んでもらえば すぐに来てくれます。 騒がしくなく、ゆっくりしたい方は 最高のホテルと思います。 朝食ほ、更に工夫した内容と味を 求めたいと思います。 選んで良かったホテルでした。

とても良かったです。個人的いは、近くのマリオットやスイスホテルより、こちらの方が価格も部屋も好きです。特にプールがお気に入りで、ウォータースライダーがあるのが良いです。 また、1棟が改装中でお客が少なくノンビリできます。朝のビュッフェもこの価格なら満足です（セットで入っていましたが）。 オープン前のAM5時で出発した際は、ランチボックスをお願いしたら対応してくれました。価格からはとても満足できる宿でした。

4月15日から16日までプライムアジアホテルに宿泊しましたが、全体的にとても快適な滞在でした。 特にありがたかったのは、チェックイン時間の柔軟性です。通常のチェックイン時間は午後4時ですが、私たちは既に周辺地域にいて、幼児連れだったため、午後2時頃に到着しました。幸いにも快く対応していただき、おかげで旅行がスムーズに進みました。 スタッフの方々は常に温かく親切でした。廊下でもエレベーターでも、いつも笑顔で迎えてくださり、滞在中ずっと快適に過ごすことができました。 ホテルの設備も素晴らしかったです。ロビーには24時間営業のカフェがあり、屋上レストランも24時間営業でとても便利でした。プールも終日利用可能で、滞在中は混雑していなかったので、母と幼児は思う存分楽しむことができました。 部屋は広々としていて、設備も整っていました。リクエストしていなかったにもかかわらず、母のためにエキストラベッドを用意してくださっていました。温かいおしぼりなど、細やかな心遣いにも感謝しています。 YouTube Premiumが利用できたのも大変ありがたかったです。子供は子供向け番組をとても楽しんでいて、おかげで飽きずに過ごせました。 朝食ビュッフェも利用しましたが、期待を裏切らない美味しさでした。特にタパスとベーコンは絶品でした。 唯一気になったのは、駐車スペースが限られていたことです。 全体的に素晴らしい滞在で、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。

ロイスホテルは家族や友人に強くお勧めします。スタッフは丁寧で、訓練されており、礼儀正しいです。食事も最高でした。ホテルは清潔で、行き届いたサービスを受けられます。

とても素敵なホテルで、必要なものがすべて揃った素晴らしい部屋があります。私たちはここでの 1 泊を本当に楽しんだので、また来たいと思います。ホテルの 1 階には素敵なレストランがあります。

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

My family celebrated Christmas at Blue hotel and resort, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and warm, and our hotel room came with two king beds, its clean and everything we needed was provided. The pools were spotless, though as expected in December, the water was cool. Even so, my sons loved playing in them, and for larger groups, there’s another pool with a net for water activities like volleyball. The boys also enjoyed playing table tennis. They offered us buffet breakfast for four, which was a standout. Foods are great. The resort is a bit far from the city, but it’s easy to find with Waze. Since the area is remote, there are no nearby restaurants, though they do serve à la carte meals. For our Noche Buena, we drove into the city and found plenty of Korean restaurants to choose from. We noticed the road back was quite dark at night due to its distance from urban areas. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. If you want a quiet place to stay, away from noise, then this place if perfect for you. To top it off, the resort gave my sons Christmas gifts when we checked out, which made them so happy. We’ll definitely book again — and as always, the transaction through Trip.com was easy and smooth, never letting me down.
