There were two bathrooms in our place. You would think that there would be plenty of hot water for 2 guest to shower. One had hot water and the other did not.

Read Hotelは美しい歴史的なホテルです。ロビーはクラシックで、マナールームはよく任命されました。しかし、2つの問題が発生しました。フロントデスクのスタッフはチェックイン時に私たちと非常に短く、バレーパーキングに関する質問に答えるのに迷惑をかけたようでした。しかし、最も重要なことは、私たちの部屋は夜はとても騒がしかったことです。壁は紙で薄く、隣の部屋ですべての会話を聞きました。また、ゲストがドアを閉めるたびに、廊下のドアが大きな音で閉まりました。それは私たちがホテルで出会った中で最悪の睡眠の1つでした。チェックアウト時に、店員は領収書を印刷するか、電子メールで送信したいかどうかを尋ねることを除いて私たちを迎えませんでした。 「滞在はどうでしたか?」と尋ねられました。彼女はゲストとして私たちを気にしていないようでしたので、チェックアウト時に彼女に文句を言わないことにしました。

うわーうわーうわーなんてホテル -サービスは素晴らしかった -部屋はとてもきれいで、タオルが備わっていました - スタッフは特に特別でした - Duan、Melchia、Maya、Julioが私たちの荷物を手伝ってくれました - 素敵な若者、 なんて部屋でしょう - 素晴らしいとホテルの穴の経験と雰囲気は本当に特別です - これを強くお勧めします

The only issue we had was the next morning housekeeping was very loud and woke us. After a late night out celebrating New Year’s it would’ve been nice to been able to enjoy sleeping in.

Very clean.   My only complaints  -  There was some loud banging around 5 am, couldn’t figure out where that came from and the garbage truck ran at 4:15am all around the property at other businesses so you could hear dumpsters slamming down for about 30 minutes

This is a new property and very nice. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Very close to some great restaurants.

One of our favorite places to stay!! We love the location! Easy to walk anywhere we want to go!! Staff is always amazing!! Some of our favorites are people watching from the balcony and hanging out at the awesome pool!! A little hidden paradise!! Book a long suite with a balcony….you won’t be disappointed 🙂

friendly and helpful staff specially the receptionists on duty they make me felt right at home the minute I sit foot in the door we definitely be back again,sincerely mr. gomez.!!!

私たちはこのホテルが大好きでした!!場所は完璧でした!水族館、ロックシティ、ルビーフォールズなど近く!バレットはとても便利で迅速でした。滞在中にフロントで働いていたすべての人は信じられないほどでした。彼らは上を行き、上を行き、私たちはとても親切で知識があります。ブラジルのステーキハウス、ロディジオで食べました。すべてが、完璧な旅行に滞在するのに最適な場所でした!!! また、彼らは階下で素晴らしいコーヒーを飲みます! ☺️

This hotel was in a wonderful location. We were in walking distance to lots of good eateries, the aquarium and the river walk. The front staff that we encountered were always kind to us and helpful. We booked a double room and it was nothing spectacular about it. Clean but not spotless. It was comfortable enough to enjoy a weekend getaway as a family. I did notice there was some sort of pink stain in the tub and some shed hair…I just cleaned it out before we used it. The WiFi was good, so we were able to do homework and check emails. All in all, not a bad place to stay! The pool area was nice for the kiddos!
