アスパシオス ランブラ カタルーニャ スイーツ(Aspasios Rambla Catalunya Suites)

The apartment is centrally located with lots of eateries around. Check in was not communicated properly. No instructions was provided that this is a self check in aptmt. Its different from the pictures where there is a hotel concierge. We arrived late at 10pm and could not enter the main gate. Luckily, the service man came down to clear rubbish and helped us with check in then. The host should have provided clear instructions on check in procedure and pin prior to arrival.

We booked a one bedroom apartment for a 4 night stay. Rooms were a bit more dated than the pictures show but acceptable. No street noise was heard once doors and windows were closed. The check in process is confusing and there needs to be a better way. A meet and greet should be provided. Location was perfect with the metro, buses, restaurants bars and several attractions located close by like Casa Batlo. Apartment was roomy and comfortable including a washing machine. I would still return here if I visited Barcelona again.

I usually don’t write a review but had a bad experience. Stayed in this hotel during Christmas holidays. We had a terrible experience. 1. One of the bathroom where my kids slept the bathroom have a horrible sewer smell. We had to open the window to air it out. 2. The dryer was not working. Instead of drying the clothes, it steams hot water. 3. The bathrooms were moldy. 4. The shower glass door was about to fall apart. The only good thing was the location. It is centrally located but rather than the apartment was terrible. The pictures doesn’t justify the property.

Super apartment in a great central location. Beds comfortable, well equipped kitchen (except no mugs only small cups), spacious rooms with one exception - the bathroom was very narrow! On arrival, it might have helped to have a few instructions as to where the buliding was (next door to Starbucks) rather than just the number. Would have given 5 stars were it not for a hiccup at check out. We phoned the day before and asked for a late check out - they offered to midday for free (an extra hour). When we went to put our case in the lockers over the road we came back to find ourselves locked out. Our phones were on charge in the apartment. So we returned to the other building and luckily found a member of staff who was getting some cleaning supplies. She kindly rang the office and they said they'd reset the code - but that didn't work either ... so another trip across the road and on the third attempt we were able to get back in to recover our day bag. So at least two members of staff had failed to do as promised but the lady who helped us was lovely! Nonetheless, if i should ever return to Barcelona i would be very happy to stay there again,.

The contactless check in instructions were clear and worked well except in the key locker we were given the wrong key to enter our apartment block! A bit of a hiccup and was hard to get help over the phone but after that point it all went smoothly. The apartment was clean, fresh, spacious and airy. had a balcony for every room and the beds were comfy for a group of 6 lads for our trip to Barcelona. Everything was clean and tidy and all cooking/cleaning equipment was provided. There wasnt an iron but we bought one and left it at the apartment so hopefully this is there for the next guests. The location is great, 1 block from casa battlo, and half way between the beach and la sagrada familia / park guell so it was quite central for travelling. Its only a 15-20 min taxi from the airport aswell. Turn left straight out the building and you are on las ramblas street and can walk up or down for all kind of restuarants and shops. I think some of the apartments in the block are residential and we crossed paths with them a few times and they were so lovely too, one of them helped us out when we had been given the wrong key and even let us borrow his while he went out! All in all a great stay in a great location would defo recommend.

We loved this apartment! Located on leafy, toney Rambla Catalunya (not to be confused with La Rambla), one block from Casa Battlo. AMAZING location. Vacillated between staying in the Gothic order in here and we feel like we made a great choice for us . We spent a lot of time in the Gothic quarter, and then came back to our quiet apartment . The apartment was modern, clean and serviceable with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We walked everywhere from our apartment, except for Sagrada Familia..

The apartment at Rambla de Catalunya 44 was perfect for our stay , well located near metro in a charming quieter part of Las Ramblas. It was clean and well set up, spacious for 2 , lovely balcony The check in procedure is unnecessarily complicated , just make sure you have received all the information ahead of time ( sadly we did not) You have to go to one bldg, punch in a code to enter, another code to pick up the keys then go to another building across the road where the apartment is accessed by 2 keys and a code . The manager is available by phone

The apartment was wonderful, very clean, spacious & well located. Within walking distance to good restaurants & bars with easy access to popular locations. Just be aware that you will hear some noise at night as location is on a popular street. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was spacious and well equipped .The location in excellent, but the building is very old and a bit smelly and the elevator is tiny so if you booked an apartment on the 7th floor it will be challenging and also I don't believe that the company who rents this place know it well enough because when I mentioned that I can't see the no. 7 in the elevator they told me to go up to the 5th floor and then go up 2 floors by foot when I had 8 suitcases! Only after the cleaning lady went down when she heard me shouting and told me that I need to press "SA" on the elevator button in order to get to the top floor it was sorted . We all could save a lot of bad vibes and anger if they would have told me that.
