The hotel was tastefully decorated and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. The biggest problem we had with our room was the shower. They have some device in the drain that makes the water drain extremely slowly and a huge gap between the wall and threshold/shower curb. Being that the threshold is only a couple cm tall, it wouldn't hold much water even without the gap. Water was absolutely everywhere making the shower practically unusable. The other problem we had with our stay was the communication. We received an email saying our room was ready and we could log in to get our room code, but the code never showed up on the website. We waited over an hour for the code to show up then emailed customer service who finally sent the codes via email. It would have been nice if they had at least provided the code to the lobby when we did the check-in so we would have had a place to wait while our room was being prepared. It also would have been nice for them to have a place to store luggage while waiting for our room so we could have gone to eat without dragging suitcases around.
While the hotel was nice, I'm not sure I like the concept of no customer service onsite and am not sure I would stay again.
