ディスティル イン(Distill-Inn)

Accomodations were good. Breakfast was a little disappointing compared to other hotels stayed at on this trip

Staff was very friendly and stay was very enjoyable. I would recommend anyone and everyone visiting the are stay at Distill Inn. Than you for a wonderful stay.

The staff was great! They made our stay very enjoyable. Hung out in lobby and bar with other guests and it was really nice.

The pool and hot tub were out of order. That is the only negative thing about the hotel. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was good. All the staff we interacted with were all very nice and helpful. We would stay there again.

The lady who called me regarding my booking the day of to notify me of charges also ended up being the lady who checked us out. She was a bit rude and not very happy or friendly. The lady who checked us in was fabulous. I do not like the fact that they pre-charge your room hours before you are even allowed to check -in. I was notified of charges at 1030 am, but not allowed to check-in until 4pm. I have never been charged like this before. Usually I am charged when I check in. It was a little off-putting and when I questioned it, the employee who called me seemed annoyed that I would question it at all. The room was clean and cute, however they placed us two doors down from the bar which was very noisy. Thankfully it closed at 11, but between 7-11 we had to listen to drunk & annoying Loud-mouth Lucy chatting everyone up. Had we been upstairs or even at the other end of the hall, it would have been much more enjoyable. Insulation isn’t great as we also had a stomper above us and could hear everything. The bed & pillows are quite comfortable. The pool & hot tub were closed for unknown reasons (inside), and our shower/tub was VERY slow draining. Overall it was a decent stay for what we paid; our room location just really ******.

Nice place and affordable during the winter season. I loved Mary that worked up front and tended the bar two nights she was amazing and really took care of us

This is a very nice hotel! Friendly staff. Nice rooms, cool bar and conveniently located near downtown Bardstown and all local distilleries. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was everything advertised. Clean, friendly, and accommodating. Asked about reservations for a special event in Bardstown and the rate for the same room was 4X more!!!!! I understand there is the "supply and demand" that figures in but I'm sure the staff is not getting paid 4X their normal rate! This is just taking advantage of the event. I don't feel that they really want me to attend!

Place was very noisy and the lady who checked me out was not friendly at all. Will not stay again.
