Angela, the wonderful women who helped on June 9th was indeed an angel. I had misunderstood the instructions and was about to give up and find another room for the night, when I found her in the office. She was extremely supportive, understanding, and went out of her way to guide me to my room. I always will remember her kindness. The room as great as well.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and close to the station. A few things to be aware of: - there is no reception and you will need an internet connection to check-in and open the doors each time - the address is correct but the room is not where the pin is on Google maps - the air-con is too small and/or not working properly; it doesn’t cool the room much at all

Location very convenient, less than 5min walk from the train station and within walking distance to the shore and the Old town. It looks that flats in an apar**ent building on various floors were converted into rooms. There's no reception in traditional sense and most people may get access through e-controlled doors. I had some issues so got to meet the staff in their office and they were helpful. I got a deluxe suite on the 8th floor and assume it was an upgrade. The room is fairly spacious but some of the facilities don't exactly seem deluxe. It's an ok place to stay - not much more: the two chairs are both plastic and both wobbly, the balcony door can't be securely locked, the linoleum cover in the bathroom doesn't cover the entire floor (and the hole in it is covered by a rug) and the water drainage was making a lot of gurgling noise through evenings and mornings (presumably as water was used in other units). Overall, the place is in good location, clean and if you don't mind not everything is to the highest standard, it's a feasible option.

It was okay. Got a big room (#83) but I wish there's a writing desk in the room. The bathroom was also okay but the hooks for hanging the towel should be replaced. The shower head holder also need to be fixed.

Very nice and clean room. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book again. The hotel is near the train station and only 10 minutes away from the old city. You can also go for a 20 minutes walk to the beach.

The place was very good, the security even better.m, however the cleaning staff was terrible, they knock aggressively everymorning at 10h00 to tell you to check out when you are actually are staying multiple nights, they knocked 3 times between 10h00 and 10h30 and everytime was a different staff and we kept telling them the same thing. They don't even speak English. It was just terrible.

A rua não parece ser muito bem frequentada, especialmente à noite. A comunicação com os responsáveis acontece apenas por e-mail, por onde são enviadas as instruções. Além de ser difícil de entender, um dos nossos telefones estava sem internet e outro sem bateria. Por sorte alguém saiu do prédio e conseguimos acessar o edifício. A porta seguinte estava ABERTA!!! A terceira conseguimos abrir. Sentimos tanta insegurança que arrastamos móveis e malas contra a porta, com receio de alguém pudesse entrar. Além disso, o aspecto não era de um lugar muito limpo. Ficamos apenas uma noite. Se tivéssemos reservado mais de uma, certamente teríamos mudado de acomodação.

Nosotros nos hemos alojado en la habitacion triple con terraza, ibamos con miedo por alguna opinión pero la habitación está genial, la terraza con buenas vistas y muy bien comunicado. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna
