I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. The staff is extremely hospitable and very helpful. They are accommodating to my needs and extends a helping hands whenever I requested for it. An excellent accommodation recommended for everyone.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

滞在を楽しみました。清潔な環境、フレンドリーなスタッフ、朝食の品揃えが豊富で、食事もおいしいです。道順や行き先を尋ねると、スタッフ全員が礼儀正しく親切で知識が豊富でした。行きたいモールまで午前 11 時と午後 5 時に無料の送迎サービスがありました。朝食時にはジャムウが無料で提供されます。カフェの料金も手頃です。また必ずアストンを予約します。

Hotel was mediocre. Room does not have minibar. Airconditioning works weirdly. Switched it on but cannot feel any cold air within the room. Had to switched it off and switched it on again and again to ensure it works perfectly. Heater was useless. By the time it hits the second person who wants to shower,theres only cold water. Raised it up but no difference. So didnt bother to raise it up again. In front of the hotel there was a massive construction with a lot of noise obstruction. No message was left in the room to inform us on the massive drillings that we had to face. Nevetheless, the balcony was a plus point. Your staff Bayu was great. Check in was seamless , he took the time to explain to us thoroughly and informed us on the channels that was showing WorldCup. The Google nest in the room was a plus point too! Which i think its very brilliant. Havent been to a hotel that uses a google nest as a form of communication to the Reception which is very user friendly. Netflix and spotify was available too! Walking distance to Nagoya which is fine. Provided a 24/7 in room spa services whch require a 30minutes lead time as well. It was an average stay. Could have been better.

初めてバタムに来たのですが、年末のシーズンに予約したのでこのエリアにしました。アシュトンを探していたのですが、満室でした。 シンクは変で、水が白く乳白色で出てきました。何が悪かったのかわかりませんが、塩素処理した水のような臭いがしました。 私は9階に泊まりましたが、毎晩パブの音楽が部屋から聞こえてきました。パブは1階にあり、私たちはBCH 2に泊まりましたが、これは新しい建物のようでした。 朝食はまあまあでしたが、選択肢があまりなかったので少しがっかりしました。 ロケーションはA2フードコートとグランドバタムセンターモールから徒歩圏内なので良かったです。

朝食は良かった、週末はバラエティは良かったが、平日はバラエティbfastを改善する必要がある。私たちは10月14日から19日まで5泊しました、そしてスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで丁寧で親切でした、特にラフトにとっては彼の素晴らしいサービスで私たちの滞在を余分に楽しくしました。快適なベッド、大きなバスルーム。ホテルの場所は市内中心部で非常に戦略的で、モールに行くか他の食べ物のオプションを探したい場合は徒歩圏内です。

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。通常の部屋しか予約していませんが、彼らは私たちにコネクティングルームを与えてくれました。 ホテルはかなり古く、施設の一部はかなり使い古されています。しかし、全体的にはまだこの価格帯に適しています。 場所も良いです。まっすぐ歩いて、たくさんのレストランを見つけることができます。

バタムセンターの中心部に位置する良いビジネスホテル。部屋はきれいで、クローゼットは新しいにおいがします。トイレにはビデが統合されており、シャワーだけでなく、手入れが行き届いています。朝食は、地元の料理と西洋料理のさまざまな選択肢で素晴らしいです。必要なときに助けてくれるモチベーションの高いスタッフが提供します。私が5つ星を与えない理由は、価格/品質が本当に正しいとは感じているからです。私の意見では、特に朝食に追加料金を支払わなければならない場合、価格は高すぎます。あなたがビジネスマンなら、これはあなたのために滞在するのに最適なホテルです。レジャーにも良いホテルですが、このホテルに支払った価格の50%で十分に提供する他のホテルがあります。
