I stayed here for business and upon leaving i find a extra $150 charge in my account. So i called and they are falsely accusing me and the people i stayed with of smoking in the room. These are false allegations and the staff member when i was on the phone with them blatantly disrespected me and hung up in my face saying they dont care what i have to say what they say is true. I dont even smoke and do not allow people to smoke in places that will cause a problem. It was plenty of people outside smoking cigarettes and if they walked back into their room and the room smelled like smoke they will say you smoked in the room. These are false allegations and im not happy with this at all.

I had a great experience all around with my stay. Bed was comfortable, good selection of food in the morning, and great employees.

As I walked into the Quality Inn lobby, there was a horrendous stench. I thought to myself that my room would probably smell just as bad. Instead, they must have fumigated the room with Deoderizer, because it was overpowering. Add to that the floor was disgustingly dirty. I could not wait to leave the hotel the next morning. I will NEVER again book a Quality Inn !

The beds are excellent, like new, comfy, clean.Morning coffee and waffles great at the free breakfast. The rooms were kept clean. I didn't like the busy road with fast moving traffic out front.

Room was clean and comfortable. Centrally located and felt safe. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

It is old, but renovated to look new. A very good job. Clean, neat and friendly staff. Typical hotel breakfast. Recommend highly.

Lobby was fine. Rooms were dated with stained walls and dirty floors. Fine for a cheap one night stay, but nothing really felt clean.

Basic 2 story Motel with all room access from the outside. Nothing fancy but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Basic economy hotel with better than average condition. Surroundings were clean and the room was in very good shape. Housekeeping doing a good job! Everything worked. Its an older hotel but I would say the 7.5 rating was fair. Breakfast atea was clean and complete with the standard stuff. Call it average+.
