CChristophe SalottiDuring our breakfast the ladie housekeeping asked to the server to tell us not to use the room towel, so he asked me discourteous not to use it, and to pay extra for the towel at the swiming pool : that’s not a good way to Welcome now I ask myself to the customer service in Kos : it’s changing since our first coming in 2023 : be avare of you guest they are precious isnt’it?

ゲゲストVery friendly staff. Right on the beach front. 15 minute walk to the centre of Tigkaki. Great view of the Aegian, Turkey, Kalymnos and the mountains

ゲゲストFabulous beach front location. Great grounds with beach, lawn, busy pool, quiet pool - something for everyone. Food varied and tasty.
A watch out: if you are offered rooms 600+, you will be in the Residence part of the hotel - inland/have to cross a road to get there. Not all bad though as it has its own pool and bar with a lot less crowds. You will end up walking a lot though - which we didn’t mind, but others might.
Not sure why the hotel restricts a la carte restaurants to once per stay instead of once per week. It was very empty when we went. Italian food was not that much better than main restaurant so you are not massively missing out.
Store merchandise was very expensive, but not sure if this would be same across all hotels.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

ゲゲストİki gün rezervasyon yaptık seyahatimizi uzatmaya kalktığımızda, ikinci gün için çift kişilik yatak istedik ve Trip com dan ödedik. Ancak bize verilen odaya tek kişilik iki yatağı birleştirip odayı double room olarak kabul ettirdiler. Bunu Trip com bildirdim onlar da hediye puan verdi. 2. Günün odasını hiç beğenmedik bu yüzden. Spor salonu için ekstra ücret alınması da dezavantaj. Tv kanalları çok kısıtlı.
Kahvaltı çok güzel bol seçenekli ve lezzetliydi.

DDutemplar素晴らしい最後の分旅行。素晴らしくフレンドリーなスタッフ。シーズンの終わりなので、10月下旬の休暇には完璧ではないいくつかの小さなことが理解できます。ビュッフェは全体的に良く、バラエティに富んでいて、最近見た他の場所とは異なり、物事を新鮮に保つために熱い食べ物を定期的に交換しました。
優れた価格ポイント、と戻ることを喜んで。
