We felt like the room was our personal condo and the staff was property management taking care of us like we were a permanent tenants. And the price of a 1,300 sq ft 2-bed 2-bath with balcony and floor to ceiling windows with ocean view was about the same as economy-size rooms I had gotten the same month on Bourbon Street in New Orleans and in Panama City Beach. If you want a quiet and very comfortable stay in Biloxi, you’ll want to be at the South beach Biloxi Hotel & Suites.

This was our second trip to the IP. Location great and service excellent. The staff is very attentive!! Bartenders inside the casino were great as well! The only issue we had was with a waitress in Fan Dual but not enough to ruin our trip. If you have a chance, try the pho in the back of the casino on the bottom floor…amazing!! We will definitely be back!!

Overall the stay was OK… the bed was comfortable, the carpet r need to be vacuum and shampooed, the bathroom floor needed to be cleaned..Make sure you have slides to wear while you’re in the room… the breakfast was better than other places I have stayed…the weekday front desk staff much nice and friendly than the weekend staff besides the young lady who was there Monday Morning 5/12/25 not so nice .

妻と私は休暇のためにビーチでPerdido Key Flに4日間過ごしました。それから、土曜日の夜にLynyrd SkynyrdコンサートのためにBiloxiに行きました。到着前にTrip.comを通して部屋を予約しました。パーディドキーから素敵なドライブをし、ビロキのビーチの美しさにかなり驚きました。ホテルに引っ張ったとき、ハンプトンインの状態に快く驚きました。プールは素晴らしく、日陰の駐車場がたくさんあり、とても清潔で最新のものです。スタッフは素晴らしく、ビーチの景色を望むアップグレードされた部屋で少し早くチェックインさせてくれました。部屋は清潔で快適でした。部屋に電子レンジと冷蔵庫があります。エレベーターは素早くできました。素晴らしい睡眠。朝食は本当に良かったし、再び、すべてのスタッフはとても素敵で親切でした。 Biloxiを再訪するならば、間違いなく再びそこに滞在します。

Somewhat disappointed. We understood that the check in time was at 4pm. However , upon arrival, our room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour for our room. There were a lot of us waiting. Somehow they did not have enough housekeeping staff to clean the rooms that were obviously vacated at 11am as I understood, that was the check out time. As we finally got our room at the 5th floor, we came upon multiple available rooms that were available that needed cleaning. We presumed they needed cleaning because the doors were left open. We actually took a peek inside. I should say, I should give them credit. They gave us free dinner or breakfast. We really were not able to take advantage of the dinner offer since after checking into our room, we rushed to gamble at Beau Rivage. Our breakfast actually came with our booking.

ゴールデンナゲットでの初めてでした。看板の方向に失望しました。ホテルのチェックインカウンターを自分で検索しなければなりませんでした。夕方になってもフロアにスタッフがいなくて助けてもらい警備員が1人だけ気づかれました。私たちは記念日を祝い、特にビュッフェの食事を楽しみにしていました。ウェブサイトに広告されていますが、しばらく閉鎖されていることを知りたいです。もう一つはスロットマシンが利用できませんでした。私たちのホテルの部屋は素敵でしたが、全体的に旅行は残念でした!

It was good didn't have no problem if I did they fix it

The inn was in a great location, the room was clean. It was quiet. There was a time they turned the water off without telling the guest but didn’t stay off long. Overall great stay!!

We never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor. Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!! I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog. When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.
