We've stayed at this hotel several times due to work. The rooms are clean, we have soap, shampoo, etc provided. The staff is always helpful and courteous. The beds are a little firm for my preference but I do get a good night's rest.

The price was good for the room and the staff was so helpful. It was so quiet didn’t hear anybody around me. I will stay here again and I recommend this property.

I was surprised that i had a 50 dollar security deposit, i hope and pray i get it back.

I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place. I reserved a room on Monday June 26th she told me it would be $110 plus $20 for each dog( I had 2) the night before we had bad storms in Cabot, AR which knocked out power to thousands of people on the 25th . I got there and they charged me $166.00 which was already ridiculous but I had no other options bc everyone was booked but the next day they tried to charge me almost $200. These folks where taking advantage of people and price Gouging folks bc they knew we were hopeless no a.c. no lights. These people should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. Hell the pool didn't work room smelled like perfume beds are hard as a brick not even worth it even if your not in a bad situation. I will be calling better business bureau. Go somewhere else folks.

Only had 2 towels for 4 people had to ask for extras and we only booked this one bc it had a pool but the pool was closed. We would’ve booked somewhere else had we known that.

Very clean. Quiet. Pleasant , friendly manager and employees.

The General Manager questioned the ages of 2 minor females trying to get them charged as adults. Watched us get to our room and then called as soon we got there to make our Daughters go back to the Office after driving for 8 hours just to show them they were 18. Bipipi(the manager) was very rude. Trying to get all the money out of us for anything. We booked the room online and he was trying to charge us for a different room. He was absolutely horrible and unprofessional. This is a holiday weekend and we were driving all day and booked the room online and he wanted us to buy a different room.

It was clean however the beds were so hard we couldn't even sleep. Our checkin was horrible, the owner gave us a lecture on how to spend our money the whole time. Won't stay here ever again.

Basic accommodations, but very clean, and quiet. Another local choice is closely bordered on two sides by busy roads. This place is only near one busy road, and is set-back with parking and a Waffle House buffer. It is obviously well maintained.
