Beautiful hotel, very well maintained and gorgeous grounds and friendly staff. The kids club was amazing probably one of the best in Turkey. I chose this hotel specifically as both my children have food allergies we were given allergy cards however we did not use them the food was labeled and I just used my due diligence. The food was good no complaints. The room was lovely. Negatives There were not enough snack bars around all eating options were sit down. There is fruit and a patisserie however only the fruit was suitable due to my kids food allergies. There was no fruit ice lollies at the pool bar freezer, we could only request vegan I've cream at two restaurants. Which was difficult when my kids wanted ice lollies by the pool. There were no family activities throughout the day, as my daughter did not want to visit the kids club alone. We did visit the kids club with them which was great.

My husband and I visited the Ela Excellence resort with our 3 young boys aged 5 and 1year old twins. When we first arrived we were greeted and taken to our room. We had paid an upgrade for a sea view. Unfortunately, the room was very far away from the main building, restaurants etc. and was on the ground floor so the view was poor. It was a nice sized room but was close to the evening entertainment which is incredibly loud (probably too loud). We had only 1 z bed and a sofa bed for our 3 children. We spent the first night with our twins in bed with us. We had arrived late but were pleasently surprised by the fare on offer in the 24/7 al a carte restaurant. We ordered lamb chops, steak, burgers, soup, pizza etc. We were all very satisfied with the food in this restaurant. The following day the hotel changed our room and it was on 4th floor with better views (although the glass on the balcony was precariously wobbly, which frightened me due to having young children with us). The kids club is out of this world. They have thought of everything. Soft play, lego, toddler rooms, interactive boards, cinema screens, arts and crafts, fire engine, outdoor playground, doctors surgery, dentist, and also an arcade with VR, playstations, basketball. They even have a kids only restaurant that serves lunch and snacks for the children throughout the day. On our 4th night unfortunately my youngest son became very poorly with a high temperature and we called a Dr to the room. They diagnosed an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics and antihistamines all with a hefty price tag. A few days later he developed a blistering rash and when we got home the GP diagnosed Hand Foot and Mouth (no ear infection and more importantly no antibiotics required). We are convinced he caught it in the kids club. The other 2 children also caught the same virus a few days later. The entertainment is ok. On one night we seen a circus at the auditorium that was great. But the live music is far too loud and the children could not stand the level of noise so we couldn't join this most nights. The kids pool is great and our 5 year old loved the slides. Unfortunately the water is freezing cold in the water spray sections and everyone huddles into the 1 x heated pool. Same goes for the larger pools, they are freezing cold except 1 pool that is always overcrowded because of this. The indoor pool in the spa is also heated. The beach is ok. With sunbeds available and waiters to bring drinks. There is a bar on the pier. There is so much food to choose from at Ela Excellence. The buffet is amazing (and we are not buffet people). Always so much choice. Breakfast options are vast, fresh smoothies, fruit, yoghurts, nuts, seeds, eggs, omelette station, pancakes, waffles, croissants and pastries, various breads to choose from, cereals, baby jars. The lunch and evening buffet are great too with fresh salads, fruits and vegetables. Vegan options, meat galore, steaks and lamb chops, pizza,

We loved our stay at Ela Excellence last week. The hotel is very opulent, clean and perfectly situated. Over the course of our week here, we enjoyed mostly beautiful weather and took advantage of their outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Additionally, we also enjoyed taking our son to the kids zone to play a little each day, and enjoying coffee and cake in the sunshine from the patisserie. My wife and I spent some time in the luxurious spa which was very relaxing. The trea**ents we paid for were excellent. My wife enjoyed her CrossFit sessions with Baris and her aerial yoga class. Both of the gyms were well equipped. Our room was generous in size, comfortable and cleaned daily to a very high standard. The view from the balcony overlooked the forest and the mountains. The selection of restaurants was superb. We dined in the buffet restaurant and also at La Sante al-a-carte restaurant. In each instance the choice and quality was perfect for us. What makes this hotel very special is the kindness of the staff. They really made us feel so welcome and took great care of us. The WhatsApp assistants kept us updated with all the activities for the week, and were always ready to answer any questions we had. A sincere thanks to all the staff at Ela Excellence who made our holiday feel very special.

It's been a few days since I returned from a trip to Turkey, where my family and I stayed at the Ela Excellence Hotel. From the very beginning, the hotel surrounds you with luxury and attention, and that's fine. But from the very first days, you felt that if you are not Russian, the serving staff looks at you as a second-class visitor, if you are in line at the bar, there were several times when after you said your order, the Russian customers who were waiting after you were served first... The staff at La sofa was pleasant, but Ela Anatolian's staff were particularly unpleasant, let's start with the fact that on the first day, when the waiter came and placed the order in English, we received our first dish after an hour, when the Russian family who came after us managed to order, eat, and leave in that time . Everything changed when I gave one of the waiters money, since then he was always nice, but unfortunately he didn't work there all the time. There was a case when I gave another waiter money, but even during the same meal he tried not to approach us again, but other staff started coming to us and demonstratively showing dissatisfaction about something, walking around the surrounding tables one by one, tidying up and muttering something demonstratively in a language we do not understand , unfortunately, the environment felt particularly unpleasant. Unfortunately, as much as we didn't want to, we had to come back because at that time there were no conditions to eat anywhere else, so the face of one of the staff who worked there changed from a smile to an angry expression when he saw me, it was a particularly unpleasant experience. But the food there is great! The order of the rooms was not so shiny, there were three days in a row when the floor was not cleaned, the same sand felt when walking on our feet as when we left before, the bed linen was changed only when we left money, the refrigerators were scarce and rarely had a full assor**ent. And it doesn't matter if you have pressed the DO NOT DISTURB button, the staff keeps rushing into the room! So what is it for then? As for the hotel itself, everything is fine, it feels luxurious, everything around is more than necessary. The children's areas are excellent, the children's staff is attentive and kind. Thanks to Leila, who works there, for organizing a surprise for my daughter on the occasion of her birthday. 

First of all the cleaning was below avarege. We found sand in shower and hair in the bathroom, there was dust on the furniture and the situation was not changed durring the hole 9 days of holliday. Is the second and probably the last time at your hotel. We lost some objects and they just vanished. Last year my son lost a hat and this year my husbands parka was lost from the room and never returned.

The best hotel I’ve ever been in Turkey. Food is amazing, very various and delicious. The service is top, personal very friendly and everything what we ask for was complete asap. That is second time being here and sure, we come here again with a pleasure

Great hotel for family with kids! We really like covered heated kids pool, kids play room and very cool outside playground. Assistants Beliz, Sudenur, Sena, Leila were very helpful, satisfied all our weird requests! Good job! Restaurant a la cart La Sante - wonderful!

We were there in May with my family. The area is quite large. A large selection of restaurants. In the buffet restaurant, the food is practically the same throughout the week and changes minimally. Food quality 6/10. You have to go to the beds early in the morning, because by 9-10 am everyone is already busy. Especially by the heated pool! For the first time, ELA might be okay, but I wouldn't go for the second time.
