The hotel is nice and good but the employees make it better, some of them I’d like to thank. Duty ***ager Mr Austin, he’s very good at his job, he’s kind, polite, considerate, friendly, very respectful and is the best, housekeeping staff Mr Firoz he has helped me out a lot, Mr Vivek. Some idk their names but are hard to forget for their polite behaviour, the door*** always smiling, the tall concierge *** with no moustache and the one who seems northeastern wears glasses both very polite and kind. Overall stay was nice and was made better by the staffs.

Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The entire stay was amazing all are group members enjoyed are stay just because of wonderful service by all tunga staff. Buffet was impressive and having lot’s of verity’s It was awesome and I will refer this to every to come experience this exceptional service by tunga

The hotel was awesome with all the amenities. The food was awesome. The hotel was located centrally. The look was very nice. We enjoyed our stay at Regenza by tunga. Overall we had a fabulous stay. All the staff was very co operative and helpful. Mr Atif was very good at assisting us. Will surely visit again.
